The only ideas people had for what to do with them were things like "let's metagame and go on a Finlay hunt." Before the sudden reversal, I was expecting to see occasional "meanwhile, at the windmill" posts, where they continue to provide the down-to-earth, non-godkilling elements without slowing things down by having threads devoted to them, and maybe, in due time, Aldwin would become a PC again. What I see as more of a copout, actually, is Xom being so damn cooperative. Seeing Goldmoon come to terms with being alive but damaged would have been interesting, even if the angst would sidetrack things further. |
