Set up for an ambush. Get Jol out of the facility, hiding herself behind some mound or rubble or something. Keep her gun readied on their little cluster.

Us and Zolomon should hide in the facility, behind the hangars or whatever.

When they're within range, Jol fires her cannon taking out whatever she can. Once we hear the shot, we each toss crackers at their group.

Jol keeps herself aimed, but doesn't fire again unless hostilities arise.

When the smoke clears, depending on the situation, Zol and us should try to take any survivors prisoner. If they fight back, we fight back, including Jol with her cannon.

If they surrender, then badass.

When we give the signal- Meaning we fire the bazooka at those motherfuckers- she takes the shot to take two down, and Zolomon does whatever the fuck he wants, either opening up on the guns or Heat Hawking some shenanigans. Just let him loose.

Anyway, once the Zaku's get close, have Zolomon jumpt out and use his dakka and Heat Hawks to take them by surprise. The Desert type was built with ambushes in mind, right?

Then Jolyne can open fire, and we can jump out and join in with our bazooka.

You could do this, but Jolyne's probably better placed near the back providing close fire support, or defending the train.
The wall of the hangar are definately thin enough to support the strategy though.

You remember that for some reason most Zaku's come with a spray painter in one of their fingers, you check your Gouf's manipulators and low and behold you realise you've got one as well.

You make a snap decision on which route they'll be taking and the best location to ambush them.
On that spot you put your pilot insignia, and you try to think up something witty to say, fail, and end up writing BEWARE I LIVE! around the icon.

You then tell Jolyne to pull back and provide fire support whilst both you and Zolomon prepare for your suprise ambush on both sides.

A few minutes later your sonar reveals that your guess was spot on, they do use the same route in and out of the facility.

About 60 seconds later your sensors show them stop, right in front of the icon and exactly where you wanted them to be.
You hear the following exchange:

"What on earth?"
"What? Oh you have got to fucking kidding m..."

You attack at this point.

Both of you come through the wall at the same time. Your heat saber is out and you quickly shank the first Zaku. It's a fatal strike unfortunately, no pilot left to interrogate.
Zolomon's target was already in the middle of jumping backwards when the attack came and he manages to avoid his swings.
The enemies rapid movement disrupts his own squads formation however, confusing them for an instant.

Zolomon takes advantage of this and manages to charge one and take out both it's arms. He sprays the disarmed (oh god, bad pun is bad) mobile suits legs with his head vulcans. Your not sure if he manages to do any realy damage, but the suit falls to floor nonetheless.
Zolmon keeps the initiative and charges further forward.

This allows him to miss the incoming storm of leg missiles from the retreating Zaku. You raise the unexploded corpse of your target to act as a shield, it takes the extra attacks fairly well. Though it does lose a leg and an arm.

Luckily it refuses to explode. You toss the Zaku shield.

"Jolyne, escaping target 500 meters forwards from my position, about to touch down on the ground."

"Roger!"

You opt to hit your jump jets and leap on top of the hangar. From there you have a superior view of the battlefield. You see the first of Jolyne's shells land damn near spot on.
Your almost sure that she's taken the suit out, but you just see his now damaged Zaku leap a second time away from the blast before landing into cover.

Damn that's one nimble fucker. But you know from personal experience that he'll overheat his thrusters he keeps pushing them like that.

You direct your attention back to what's going on below. Zolomon's facing off agains't a pair of Zaku's, one's managed to get some distance, but looks like he wont risk getting his own wingman, and Zol's taking advantage of that by sticking close to the other zaku. But it looks like the risk of the opponent isn't letting Zolomon cut loose and finish off his opponent.

You decide to help break the stalemat and leap into the second Zaku which has Zolomon pinned.
You catch him by surprise and land a boot to his chest, forcing the MS to the floor.
"Die." you command.
You fire a 240mm rocket into the torso of the Mobile Suit and it complies.

Zolomon then throws both Hawks at it. It falls over and explodes, thick glowing slashes gouged out from it.

A quick check of the fallen armless Zaku reveal that the pilot is alive but unconcious. His unit badge has the name "Semovente corps" on it.
