Hello? Anyone out there? I'm in SoCal, one of the more remote regions, holed up in an motel, leeching wi-fi off an abandoned internet cafe.
The town's mostly empty, people probably fled when the furry yiffbands began to move en masse. I've been traveling in a minivan I managed to hotwire.
Well, not me, but my Kaolla Su figurine did something to it and now it goes from 0 to 100 mph within 2 seconds, and gets 50 miles to a gallon. Yeah, I know, hurr animu figurines. I never really was into Warhammer 40k, and I was a bit of a weeaboo, but after being through hell and back with my army of figurines, I couldn't care less what you think. They've been guarding my back, and I've been doing the same for them.
One thing I do regret about not having any Warhammer 40k sets is the lack of artillery power. I've been making do with lego sets, but from what some of you guys have been describing, they don't carry the same power as a...you guys called it a gargant, or titan, or something like that. Then again, I don't seem to have the same "Heresy!" problem to deal with that you guys occasionally have to talk your way out of.
If anyone's near Edward's Air Force Base, don't bother going. I checked out the place last week; the entire base was wiped out. A rogue army from the nearby town's figurine store took out the soldiers before they even realized what was going on. All the tanks and vehicles were gone too. Only clue I found to their presence was some weird green paste, and some sort of marking on the ground in the hangers and garages. It kinda looked like this picture. |
