So basically an eldar dark reaper killing a kroot with the stabilization system on her boot. How much of her armor is ripped off I leave up to you.

However, his eyes are telescoping out of their sockets, looking towards his target.

In terms of appearance? Think Lo Pan, and you're thinking right. He's a Chessmaster type villain so some sort of nice finger-pyramid action for the picture might be nice since most of the campaign has been the party inadvertantly playing into his Just As Planned.

A young guardsman. He's not all that tall, nor is he that well belt. He's actually quite svelter with a form fitting uniform that shows just how skinny the bastard is. But this is all contrasted by the very bulky looking gear that he dons, especially the flak vest, pauldrons, and some armor pads on his thighs. The guardsman almost looks like a box with stick legs and arms to put it bluntly. His face is obscured by a loosely worn fabric/balaclava, but his eyes are perfectly visible being vivid green.

His fabric uniform is olive drab and the flak armor being gun-metal black. The guardsman's weapon of choice is an auto-gun styled after the AKM.

Teaching people just out of high school how recursive functions and space complexity work require a substantial amount of patience. I just don't have time for people flaunting their high self images.

Ok, imagine this:

Two clerics standing in the middle of a room with floor covered in dead, burning cultists. At their feet are cultist robes (A set for each as they were disguised as cultists just moments before). Two servo-skulls fly over them, one of them with a speaker amplifying the noble playing "The Ring of Fire", the other is a bit larger than the first, in its mouth is a liquid sprayer (dripping) and under it is a tap (the skull is filled with whiskey and the sprayer is used to make heretics flammable, the tap is for the noble cleric who likes whiskey).

However, the Aquila replaces the fleur-de-lis' on the robes and the crosses and star of the medallion.

He's pointing a nightfire-flamer (a flamer which spews fire and toxins) towards the cultists.
Around his neck hangs a Psy-jammer amulet and an Aquila Necklace.
As the other cleric he also has a cigar in his mouth, and a photo visor.

Would like a big knight (like a Brettonian, but Gregor Clegane sized) in really ornate, ornamented armour with a big crested greathelm on a warhorse with a couched lance in one hand and a shield in the other, with a guy impaled on the end of the lance, being lifted into the air.

He has a long sable cloak draped around his shoulders, and his heraldry is a cross (like the English flag) of red and white, with a helm decal in one quarter with a laurel wreathe on it, and swords on the other three quarters.

Well then, I would like to request a picture of the bad guy for my next Gamma World campaign and his main lieutenant

The main bad guy is called Colonel Pollon, a giant (Think the size of a D&D Ogre) pyrokinetic chickenman, created as the result of the combination of KFCs attempts at creating a self-frying chicken and their experiments to re-create the consciousness of Colonel Sanders due to budget cuts. This went about as well as you'd expect.

He currently runs a fried-chicken based empire (Think a network of 19th century mining towns but with the remains of KFC instead of the mining company), which will have to be stopped by the PCs creating a resistance movement fueled by Coca Cola.

He pretty much wears the same clothes and glasses as Colonel Sanders, is covered in white feathers, with a saw-edged beak and a sinisterly intelligent gleam in his eye. He also has a pot belly.

His lieutenant is a humanoid evolved from marajuana plants, covered in marajuana buds with leaves for hair and a face that brings to mind Man Thing, who is sort of a "My country right or wrong" Inspector Javert type to Pollon. He wears a trenchcoat, fedora and sunglasses, and carries a gas gun.

As a note, I did not create the Marajuana Man Enforcer out of immaturity so much as I found the stats and thought it would be perfect for Gamma World . And yes, Gamma World is really this ridiculous.
