That's not how Orks work. There are ALWAYS more grots than Orks and there are ALWAYS more normal boyz (be they shoota boyz, bikers, kommandos, or stormboyz).

Meks, Doks, and Weirdboyz? Those are rare in ANY tribe; some just have a few more than others (and usually lack another kind in exchange).

Your chart here is like having an Imperial Guard army composed primarily of engineseers or sanctioned psykers. Hell, heven AdMech armies are composed mainly of 'normal' infantry, the Skitarii, and techpriests (ones that fight, at least) are only about as common as officers are to the IG.
