They want to be provided with an armored car, and to minimize police tampering they say they're going to kill a hostage every ten minutes their demands are not meant.So yeah, it's not good.

Ring Man can throw two sets of rings at once, he can disable two of the robbers at once, but if he did, that'd probably result in some dead hostages.They can get an armored vehicle, but as soon as the police sent one in they'd bolt with the cash. You could co-ordinate an attack, and you and Ring Man could secure them before they get into the vehicle, alternatively, if you could secure the hostages the police could move in unimpeded.
