After 2 week of sickness, this OP feel good enough for the quest to continue, but today session will inevitably be a bit shorter and my answers will take longer, but hey at least it’s better than nothing.Last time on our quest, we avoided any kind of loop or fatal error in Hadraniel memory and managed to proceed without any repeat, quite the scene have we witnesses with a High King turned heretic, our angel killing her twin and an abomination sneaking in, eating the corpse of Hadraniel brother and Lord Sieglind making a last stand to die with the creature, freezing it from the inside.After one discussion with the adorable, gentle angel guarding Hadraniel mind, we found ourselves outside with the golem cuddling us but quickly called on hero to try and give the girl some comfort, but the situation ended up reversed.
The silence after Hadraniel monologue is heavy, the angel visage free of emotions simply add to her authority as her cerulean eyes peers into yours with unflinching resolve despite the link trying to soften you with the warm, tingling empathy you’ve felt sometime around Athena and Sylphis, there no hostility in the air despite the meaning of her words and sitting on the soft, large bed is the long haired golem, her square and bright red pupils scanning the both of you completely oblivious to the exchange, but it seem she picked up on the atmosphere nonetheless, it’s a wonder she didn’t throttle the Hero when you let out some tears.Hadraniel… what she just said her words turn in your head over and over but the conclusion is simple: you have to forgive yourself for Avina death and march on, draw strength from the knowledge and memories of the Yuki-Onna…

And you said this would be a short session.So... in this session, I'd say we got to the "close to becoming closer" stage with Hadraniel, realized that the golem is still far from being human (maybe if she becomes more human in the future you might be able to form a Social Link with her) and made a surprising step with Tsukiyomi coming out and saying she loves Siggy. Or does that count as a maxed link since the intimate moment scene already happened?We're going to have to spend at least one full session with Emeth if we want Avina's soul to be able to withstand corruption, but the other girls also need work if they're to be won. How many days until the war?

The slime body would have retained her memories but be more susceptible to corruption. In all likelihood Slime Avina wouldn't have come out of a corruption run in good shape. And then there's the fact that she was already dead, by all rights she should have left already. Getting to see her again at all was a gift, and in the golem she'd be here in spirit (literally) and better able to survive.And yes, she's more useful. Sorry to put it that way; I have in fact played PST as the second coming of the Practical Incarnation.Not as satisfying as True Resurrection, but I don't think this world has that system in place.

That's really what I was worried about; the corruption essence is described as a kind of fluid and slimes are all about that. One drop touches the slimegirl and we've got Phyrexia on our hands instead of a childhood friend.Of course since half of Avina's essence was spirit to begin with, she might have taken well to the new body, been able to fight off the corruption--up to a point. Given that the GM is a sadist though I imagine we'd end up needing to put her down in that path.

Actually, I wonder if we should try attempting to talk to it. That scene with the golem and the influence showed it can talk and has an intelligence. An attempt for Siggy to understand or tame his inner demon so to speak.
