No. I decided to cop out because, while writing today, I realized I was having 0 fun. This was supposed to be fun for me as for you, but having never really been on a date myself, part of the problem was that I had to rely on nothing to create something. It was a lot of work, my enthusiasm was already dying or dead, and I finally got somebody who was willing to continue on while I was gone.

Ill go ahead and post my planned ending in spoilers now.

Friend-kun was going back for another tour in Iraq. He tries to get you a friend (Waitress-chan) because he doesnt want you to be all alone. His parents disagreed with him taking another tour so they fought and he ended up leaving. Friend-kun's initial reaction to her break down was due to a sibling having died or been mentally disabled due to a stroke/seizures (I dont know, hadnt fleshed it out yet.) He heard your confession in the living room, and became increasingly agitated because he now knew your feelings and that he was still leaving.

But then again, pick your own ending.

It was a bit of a whim. From 15 threads ago.

The first time Friend-kun showed up at our apartment, I was thinking about having him push us onto the couch and rape us there. I typed it up, typed in the Capcha, then decided that this might build up into something fun, so I stopped it. And it did build up to be fun. For about 5-10 threads there, I was having a blast, really looking forward to the time I spent here. Then I started to get in over my head. Maybe it was the pressure, but I think it was just a combination of several factors. The point of this is, I got in over my head. I was no longer having fun, and I felt the quality of my writing dropping dramatically. My stamina, creativity, and inspiration were all declining.

This quest was bound to end sooner rather than later. It began on a whim, and in the end, it ended on a whim as well.

I kinda wish you'd have stuck through it a little bit longer, I don't really even care if you just railroaded (as in just dumped the story you'd written up beforehand) us straight to some kind of happy end.
This is frankly one of the more spiteful and immature ways I've seen a quest end and while I am grateful for the effort you put into this, I must say I am disappointed in your lack of endurance.

As it stands, continue the quest. I would love you to. This was my first quest, and I knew it was doomed to failure. But it was an experience that I wont soon forget. I learned quite a bit about how to run a quest, and I dont doubt I will run another quest in the future. But it wont be for a while. Next year, maybe. Within 5 years, probably.
