Sacrificing should generally be done during wintertime, when there's not much else to do. Do some more cattle raiding or explore a bit. Can never explore your own lands too much.

Since we know little of Humakt, I decided we should sacrifice 15 Cows to him. We learn of one of his stories, possibly allowing us a chance at a heroquest.

We can build the following:

Ramparts: 50 Goods
Stakes: 40 Goods
Wooden Stockade: 75 Goods
Stonewall: 150 Goods
Watch Tower: 10 Goods

We have 143 Goods.

The Watch Tower can help spot incoming attacks, but the Stone wall can greatly help overall defense, as can the Wooden Stockades. The stakes are very good for horse attackers.

Hey man - yea, managed to get my copy just before Christmas, and one or two things were changed, but otherwise it's as it was as of the last Beta update. So lasgun power settings could be better, and the plasma guns are the shitty versions, rather than the decent versions in Black Crusade (I'm just gonna use the Black Crusade rules for them), and Ogryn are meh, but I'm not sure how you could make them as good as they are meant to be and not entirely overshadow everyone else in combat, so I wouldn't allow them regardless.

Other than that though, pretty sweet! Hoping I might get the time, if I can't get my non-playtest group to play it, to maybe run an IRC game - I'd post here on /tg/ for recruits if I did that.

We could deny them tribute, and possibly try to get them back later. But there is a chance they could be killed or sacrificed if we do that.

I recommend giving them cattle, as goods are more valuable than cows.
