You can, but they can get pretty unwieldy and hard to move when they're seriously numb. Alright, so here's the deal.
Mark came across this bit on a scientist who worked on Magic and the possible adverse effects it may have on the human body. This here article says that he found a cure for what he called 'High Magical Build Up Corruption'. Before god died the only way we could even have minor corruption is if we used some crazy strong magic.
The best part? His lab isn't even that far off from here.
