I'll roll with it. But can someone explain why you think killing Lelouch is the right answer? I always figured manipulating Lelouch to take advantage of his planning and birth right was the best way.

So, what's our game plan? Obviously we can disrupt the canon plot a lot with a few small actions at the beginning, but the more we change the less our meta knowledge is worth. We can kill Lelouch, but without the main protagonist the story is going to be drastically different. How are we going to take advantage of the unrest in Area 11 to seize power? I'm not sure the tricks that worked for Lelouch will work for us. For one thing, we probably have considerably less plot armor.

Remember, C.C. was always watching Lelouche and is probably going to opt to contract with him if he's still present.
