Actually, come to think of it, we can probably assume Iori wouldn't recognize Midori at all.

After all, she's voicing Murder Mayumi in the MMxMM OVA. Which means she's probably seen at the very least some concept/promotional art. Which means she probably knows what the character Miracle Midori looks like.
