As much as you'd love to see Hisao's sleeping face, getting a feel for the environment takes priority. First issue is: where can you take cover in an empty hallway?

You remember something.
Deepening your voice as low as you can, which is not much, you knock on the door across the hallway from Hisao. Within an instant, a crazed voice greets you.
"What's the password!"
"Tulpa."
The locks immediately begin sliding back. It reveals the same sallow zombielike figure you saw last time.
You enter his room and immediately grab him by the hair so you can smash his head into the wall. When he falls down you go apeshit, not wanting to lose to element of surprise, and pummel him with lamps, books, a PSP, potted plants, a ski boot, and other miscellaneous blunt implements.
Once that's all done you wrap him from head to toe in duct-tape, leaving him only a small hole by his nose with which to breathe through. You have some fun cutting off his air like this and watching him squirm for a while as you wait for Hisao to wake up.
Finally, you hear the door across the hallway open.
Hisao's door...
You smile airily beneath your mask. "Target acquired."
