Finding yourself at the rooftop food court, you notice Yukiko and Kanji sitting at a covered table, evidently talking about old times.

"Yo." You say, walking up and giving them a curt wave. "Ready to go?"

The two pause, before nodding at you.

....

The three of you make your way down to the electronics department, in front of a large TV.

Checking for anyone around you that might see you, you tap on the TV's screen, causing the ripples to appear again.

"On three," You whisper, as Yukiko and Kanji stick their own hand onto the screen.

"One." Everyone tenses up, preparing to dive through.

"Two." Both of your companions gulp.

"Three."

With that, all three of you dive forwards, slipping through the TV screen with your gear...

You bust through a layer of the yellow fog that covers this world, falling at an upsetting speed.

Looking to your sides, you see both Yukiko and Kanji falling too, panicking as they do so.

Saki wasn't mentioned as going missing, and Mayumi Yamano's body hasn't been found yet, so Nametame wouldn't have any reason to throw her in the TV. That should do some interesting things to the plot development, if we have five Persona users already by the time she gets thrown in. At the very least it should change up Yosuke's Social Link something fierce.

"Ah!" The bear says, seeing the frames. "Those look like the ones I have!"

...He rummages... Somewhere, producing several pairs of glasses, with colorful frames.

"I made a buncha these a while ago, but lost most when I was running from..." The bear seems to paws, rubbing at his 'chin'. "I don't even remember, but it was big and scary!"


"The hell do those even do?" Kanji asks, looking at the glasses questioningly.

"They'll make this fog more bearable!" The bear- damn, that's getting annoying to repeat, even in your head- says, holding a pair out to each of your companions. "Here! A Teddie Specialty!"


The two look at the glasses, shrugging and putting them on.


Their opinions are clear.

There's a pause, before you take charge of the conversation again.

"Alright, I think that Yosuke might be in that club on the roof. We need to find the ladder down, and head to it." You say, looking around again. "I want to put a stop to this."

The other three nod, and Teddie speaks up.

"It's over there." He says, pointing to a scaffolding you missed when you last checked. "You just have to climb down."

"Thanks."

You, Yukiko, and Kanji climbed down the ladder fairly easily.

"Alright, one thing before we go in," You say, stopping them from leaping into the red and black portal at the door to the club. "If you meet your Shadows? Accept them. They're what you hate and repress most about yourself. I don't know what happens if you do, but if you reject them, they flip out, from what the one I've been talking to has said."

Both nod at that, though they seem somewhat distracted.

"Thanks," You say, nodding to Teddie. "I appreciate it."

...The two of you start heading back to the ladder.

"That black thing was scary," Teddie says off hand. "It was all creepy with its face, and it just laughed when those two tried to fight it."

...Chie, you'd expect to put up a fight, from what you saw of her. But Yosuke? Huh.

"What did it look like?" You start, looking at Teddie again. "Did it have any chains on it?"

"Nope! This thing was... About as big as that blond guy, actually!" Teddie says, shrugging. "It looked like it was wearing a suit, and had a mask for its head."

"But it wasn't a Shadow. My nose knows, and it was something beary different. I know what that chained thing is, and this thing wasn't it."

The two of you descended to the rooftop in silence.


Yukiko and Kanji are still there, waiting by the door.

Each seems to have resolved some inner debate.
