You are now Raven.

You are sitting in the fire-lit den of stately Wayne Manor, fearing the laughter-inducing toxin which gathers outside. In time it will surely penetrate the building, killing not only yourself, but Jinx and Alfred as well.

"We're a little short on time here." Jinx says, rising from her seat. "Whatever your plan is, you'd better be quick about it."

You stand, considering your options. In truth, you have less of a plan, and more of a list of opportunities you've only recently realized.

The manor's kitchen stocks a variety of spices and salts, many of which might be useful in basic spellcraft.

First, you could set a rune-adorned circle of salt on the floor. Providing you mark it with the proper symbols, and are able to find a suitable silver catalyst to center it, you might create a magical barrier around yourself and your colleagues to expel harmful substances. This may not, however, be totally effective; the slightest mistake might allow a jet of gas to seep through. On top of that, there's no way to tell how long the barrier will stand.

Second, you could attempt to make an immunity ritual. You'd require a variety of salts, not to mention a sample of the lethal snowflakes outside. These things, if attuned using catalysts of both silver AND gold, could effectively fashion a spell rendering everyone in the home completely immune to the Joker's toxin.

There's no time to weigh the options. The clock is ticking, and every second counts.

You spy a shimmer in the air ahead, and come to an immediate halt. The open door of the trophy room is just down this hall, but the path leading to it is clouded by toxin. Damn! there must be a leaky window!

You're short on time, and Raven needs those trophies to begin the immunity ritual.

You're sitting in a complex circle of salts and spices, only recently complete. A ball of compacted snow hangs in the air before you, surrounded by black energy, ready to initiate the ritual. Still, a catalyst is required, and Jinx seems to be taking her time retrieving it.

This ball of snow is melting, only slightly, into a gaseous form. Toxin is seeping into the building. You haven't much time.

Footsteps are finally heard in the distance. Jinx rushes in to slam two trophies; one gold and one silver; onto the ground. She crouches next to you, and Alfred stands nearby.

"C'mon!" Says your teammate, gasping for air. "Do it already!"

For some reason, those words strike you as being completely hilarious.

Think for two seconds. It very clearly labels mouthing the words out has risky. Raven's emotions are static. Anger is always angry. Sad is always sad. They are most likely immune to giggle fits as they're abstract emotions.
