Vegeta had also destroyed Arlia before coming to Earth, and King Vegeta blew up a planet. Even Roshi and Piccolo blew up the moon at much lower powerlevels than even Nappa or Vegeta. I mean, we're talking Raditz-level fighters or below.

To be honest, Roshi wasn't even 0,2 raditz when he blew up the moon.
Piccolo was around 0,4 raditz when he blew up the moon.
Vegeta was at around 15 or 18 raditz when he blew up Arlia and he pretty much did that with two fingers.

We're currently have 4 fighters with 40 raditz, that means a grand total of 160 raditz and that's a lot of raditz.

Not enough Raditz to beat the Ginyu force, though. I'd honestly rather we have at least 80 Raditz each before we go anywhere near PTO space.

The other reason I'd be okay with staying on Earth a while is because Kami and Popo gave the girls a boost of several Raditz a piece, and ooc we know that Goku used human technology to train to almost 200 Raditz in like a week. That same boost would give us a combined 800 Raditz.

Well, power levels are based on ki, which is neither here nor there in terms of mechanical or potential energy. So the closest to a useful measurement we have is a relative one.

Thus, the Raditz. It's weak enough to measure powerful things as multiple Raditz, but just strong enough to allow for Centiraditz and Miliraditz to be applied to things like untrained humans.
