>>29325136>TL;DR Recap:Ye Gods, where to start... Well, after getting your clock cleaned by Mr. Karate, the always honorable South Town Police Department decided to use you as a training dummy for their collapseable riot battons Insert Rodney King Joke Here, though the quick-thinking Kim Kaphwan talked them down before they did TOO much damage to you, although you still ended up hospitalized for around three days (Only waking up near the end of the second day). From there, you studied the teachings of a scroll that may or may not have been translated via Babelfish, went on a rather surreal dream experience which had everything to lifting weights and chatting with Pro Wrestler "Big Bear" to LITTERALLY "Riding the Lightning" (The efffects of which having yet to manifest themselves). If that weren't enough, when you awoke you thwarted an assasination attempt on your life by Eiji Kisaragi, though it seems that this particular incident stems from a conspiracy racket private detective "Blue Mary" Ryan (The owner of the Motorcyle you had "Borrowed" previously) clued you in on rather than any hatred his clan holds against the Kyokugen Dojo...After getting a clean bill of health, you were discharged from the hospital and started to walk back to your ratty appartment (Since that's what Kyokugen-Ryuu Fighter's Do!). However, the pangs of hunger hit you and you found yourself at the Pao Pao Cafe 2, checking out a decent fight between Duck King and an unknown "Pro-Wrestling Schoolgirl", when you realize that a Male Nurse back at the hospital stole your wallet... Though you only discovered this, of course, AFTER you already order some much-needed food and drink...
>>29325175>You are now playing the role of Katja HartkernYou glumly sit at the bar, your mind lost in thought over what the Manager/Bartender Bobby Wilson told you after finding out that you couldn't pay for your meal (And after you had slapped him in the face for seemingly trying to hit on you): "I was going to ask you to show up later tonight and see how good of a fighter you are, but forget it; You can help me clean up for a couple of hours before the dinner rush hits and my main waiters and waitresses show up."As his words ring through your mind, you find your food sitting in front of you and the Overweight Schoolgirl from the fight you watched earlier up on the barstool next to you, ordering a Soda...>A. >>29325367> ASo what got a gal like you into fights like that?
>>29325367>>29325587Not much else we can do at this point.
>>29325587>>29325776"Hey. I saw ya' fight back there" You say, "You did pretty good.""Th...Thank you" she says as you notice that she seems to be blushing as you take another sip from your glass of beer."So... what got a gal like you into fights like that?" You ask as you take a hearty bite from your burger."Well... My mom was a Wrestler, an Olympian at one time, and I wanted to follow in her footsteps. But..." She pauses, then seemingly looks down at her stomach. "I just couldn't lose enough weight to actually compete against anyone back home. I tried everything for almost my entire time in Highschool; Did freeweights, swam miles every week, jogged, cycled, you name it... But no matter what I did, I was always felt like I'm stuck in this shell." She says, a hint of sorrow in her voice.>A. Say Something>B. Do Something

I'm sure you'll improve even further as long as you put in the effort" You tell her, trying to get her confidence up.She looks up at you and nods. "I know..." She sighs as she takes a sip of her soda. "But my mom, even though she loves me to tears, thinks I'm a royal fuck-up and only the heavens know where my dad is...""And you need to stop drowning in your sorrows everytime someone talks to you Tsuya!" You hear a voice say as you and The Schoolgirl turn to to see a Tall, Rather Muscular Woman with Long Red Hair walking towards the two of you, holding a pair of unopened Beer Bottles."Oi, I didn't order tha-" You ask before getting cut-off by the red-head as she sits down next to "Tsuya", handing you the bottle (Of Heiniken, you note)."I know. You're that chick from Terry's, right? The one that Arm-Wrestled me on New Year's?" She asks.>A. Say Something>B. Do Something

Heiniken was never a favorite of yours, so you try not to make a sour face at this womans gesture of gratitude before saying "Yeah, but you'll 'ave to clue me in a little; Gonna be honest, I don't remember much from New Year's."""Thought so!" She cheerfully says as she opens up her bottle, taking a long swig before slamming it down on the bar. "Ah, dude! You missed out; We danced, arm-wrestled a little; You tried to drink me under the table..." She sultrily adds as she tries to reach her arm around "Tsuya's" shoulder to grab yours."Which is where I found you when we had to leave." "Tsuya" adds, with some hostility in her voice."Yeah yeah, but you were a lot of fun to hang out with..." She pauses as she starts to snap her fingers, trying to remember your name.>A. He says, before adding "You want another round?"Before you joke that he'd only say that to get us to stick around longer, Fiona cuts in and says "Shit, I'll pay for it!" while holding out her wallet and getting out her Credit Card."Fio-Chan! You can't keep spending your money like water" Tsuyako says as her hands get swatted away from Fiona's."Hey, it's all good Sue; We get paid Tomorrow Night, right?" Fiona tells her as you now face a possible moral conundrum...>A. Let Fiona pay for your drinks on her dime>B. Take up Bobby's offer and work with him in the Pao Pao Cafe 2 for a night>C. Something Else>>29328359Somewhat. In my mind, she looks like Powergirl fused with Red Sonja... A living, breathing comic book heroine that's based on a particular favorite female wrestler of mine.
>>29328739>CTell Fiona you owe a fair few drinks and can't let her pay for all of then.
>>29328739>B. Take up Bobby's offer and work with him in the Pao Pao Cafe 2 for a nightWhat good is owing a debt if you can't already earn it for yourself? Katja's an honest worker most of the time.
>>29328739>SpoilerA fine image to have, especially the living comic book character bit. And I'm guessing the inspiration is Lita?

Tsuyako asks, genuinely curious."I'm a native-born Australian Aborigine. Well, at least half of me is... You?" You ask, noticing that she's pretty tan for an Asian Woman..."Oh, I'm from Okinawa." She says, again looking somewhat homesick as she finishes up her soda. "And I've been speaking fluent english since I was 8 Years old"."Good on'ya" you reply as you look to fiona, who polishes off her 'brew. "I'm just a Valkyrie from Vegas with Jotunn Blood and Brunhilde Genes" she cracks, though a part of you isn't sure whether she's joking or not...>A. Spend some more time with the girls>B. We should probably get cleaned up and changed (what are we wearing right now, and what are we changing into?).
>>29330007No idea what we're wearing, but we're about to tend bar, so... suit?
>>29330125>we're about to tend bar, so... suit?Suit.Full reverse trap modo?
>>29330125>>29330190Something appropriately masculine that doesn't immediately reveal her gender (that was her original gimmick when the character was created, after all). It's casual enough and roomy.Plus, Katja in a nice suit wasn't what I immediately pictured.

>>29330007Honestly, I went with April as the inspiration for Fiona Graves due to what I had read on her blog, as well as some of her "Shoot" interviews... It's been a real blast Kat" Fiona says as she gives you one last hug hitting you with a bro-tastic chest-bump"It was nice meeting you" Tsuyako adds, a warm smile on her face as she shaks your hand "And hey, are you doing anything Saturday Night?"You pause, thinking of any plans you might have over the upcomming weekend (Aside from "Training your ass off", of course!) "I can't say I do. Why?""We're making our debut with the Southtown Wrestling Federation," Fiona adds, a sense of pride swelling in her voice "As a warm-up for our entry into this year's King of Fighter's tournament."'King of Fighters?' you think to yourself, seeing if the name rings any bells, before deciding it doesn't. 'Huh... Sounds like good, clean fun. " You dryly understate, mainly to try and hide your lack of knowledge surrounding the famed tournament."It's going to be awesome!" Tsuyako practically yells, the first time you hear any kind of positive feelings come out of her mouth for at least an hour as you watch her and Fiona walk out of the cafe together."Real crazy characters, huh?" You hear Bobby ask as you turn around on your stool to face him."Yeah, real nutters those two... Anyway, what time's my shift start guy?" You ask, a slight "Pur" in your voice.
>>29331139> this year's King of Fighters tournamentoh boy!! team pls!!Guess we have to somehow learn about it first
>>29331139"Well, that depends" Bobby says as he backs away from you a little, no doubt a bit put off by your stench. "If you want to wait tables, you gotta come in about two hours so we can pick out your wardrobe" He pauses, motioning you to the a dorr off near the Soundstage for musicians. "If you wanna try your luck working as a bouncer, you can arrive at 7 in whatever you want to wear... But honey, you gotta take a shower before you show yourself back here; You stink to high heaven!" he adds, holding his nose for comedic affect. You look at your watch and see that it's almost 2 PM Local time...What do you do?>A. Go for Waiting Tables; Our body needs to rest.>B. Gor for the Bouncer Gig; We're ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum, mate!>>29330723Eh, just stories about how she got into wrestling, a few funny anecdotes about the business, one cautionary tale of why you should never, EVER train for a bodybuilding competition , then go on a 3-Month Wrestling tour... Just interesting stuff in general.>>29331244That's what the Kyokugen Dojo is for.
>>29331283> BWe start later, and don't have a dress-code. Only real possibility.
>>29331283>A. Go for Waiting Tables; Our body needs to rest.We just left the hospital today. Let's take it easy before we kick our own ass.
>>29331283>BLet's do this!
>>29331283Is Bobby suppose to come off as flamboyantly gay? Because I read his lines and I can only imagine him being flamboyant.
>>29331283>B. Gor for the Bouncer Gig; We're ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum, mate!Bouncing seems more our speed.
>>29331375Bob is very much straight. He's also a Brazilian capoeirista and protege of Richard Meyer.
>>29331283>>A. Go for Waiting Tables; Our body needs to rest.Want to vote B. But... rest up for now.Besides. The idea of Katja trying to be polite amuses me no end. Also, the potential of somebody getting past the bouncers and then smacked down by the waitress.
>>29331375Yeah, pretty much, but he IS straight; He's just trying to emmulate his mentor, Richard Meyer... And failing horribly at it.
>>29331616Bob is a pretty happy-go-lucky fellow, either way.
>>29331635Very true; He wouldn't have let Katja slapping him slide if he weren't... He's just a bit innexperienced still when it comes to managing the Cafe.>>29331324>>29331352>>29331414"Bouncing sounds good to me" You say, a sense of bravado rising in your voice. Bobby whistles at your response, then adds "Are you sure? We get some pretty tough customers late at night.""I can handle 'em" You reply, grinning out of sgeer anticipation, then add "After all, I don't go to the Kyokugen Dojo 5 days a week for nothing"."Kyokugen...? Oh, you're with Ryo and Yuri then, eh? Cool." Bobby says, clearly impressed at your dedication to Martial Arts."Yeah, they're nice folk... Well, gotta get back to the 'ole flat and see what I'm going to wear" you sultrily say to Bobby before grabbing your duffle bag and walkin out of the cafe and back onto the mean streets of Southtown, USA.After about an hour and a half, you arrive at your appartment, ready to grab some fresh clothes and take a nice, long shower... When you open the door and find that your place has been ran-sacked; Drawers opened and ripped off their hinges, stuffing from your bed and pillows everywhere.>A. Say Something>B. Do Something

>>29332121Also, see if they actually took anything.
>>29332121>>29332141>>29332240>>29332182You calmly close the door behind you, drop your duffle bag on the ground next to your feet and grab your cellphone, dialing Blue Mary's number."Hey, this is Mary", the voice on the other line says. "I can't get to the phone right now; I'm either out on the job or on vacation. If you're getting this message, please hang up and try again later, so I garuntee that this line is secure. bye" you hear as the "Dail-Tone" noise starts to emit from your phone.Grumbling, you decide not to call the police and instead start to navigate the rat's nest made in the center of your room to look and see if any of your valuables are missing. Curiously, none of them are; Your safe-deposit box is still filled with an adequate amount of cash ($20,000, enough for about three months of living here you recall) and a few valuables; Somehow, your stuffed Koala Bear that you've had since 5 years old was still completely intact, letting out a HUGE sigh of releif as you hug it for a moment. After about an hour of cleaning up the place, you take a nice, relaxing shower, the hot water washing away all of the filth and grime you accumilated over the last few days. However, when you go to grab some clothes, you find that your wardrobe is completely gone... Except for your Leather Riding Suit that you sometimes use when you go out on your 'bike."Bloody 'ell! What fucking next, an asteroid fallin' on me damn 'ead!?" You shout as you furiously call 411, then Bobby at the Cafe and tell him an abridged version of what happened."Shit... Do you have a 13 tatooed on your back or something? Or a black cat?" Bobby pauses, then adds "Listen, if you get here quick enough we could probably fit you in one of the old men's suits we keep around for spares."
>>29332836Might as well get there then.

>>29333057>>29333093As you blast through the seedy back alleys and side-streets of southtown to try and avoid "Rush Hour" traffic, you wonder if it could possible to maybe get in touch with Ryo or Yuri and see if you can live at the Kyokugen Dojo for a few days... "Hi guys, I've been robbed. Mind if I crash here?" You think to yourself, only for your chibi-like fantasy to be dashed by Mr. Karate delivering an uppercut to your chibi-chin, yelling "A TRUE Martial Artist lives outdoors!"You shake that vision out of your head as you pull into the Cafe 2's parking lot, your pulse racing as you lock up the bike's front wheel with a chain you found nearby.By the time you get your helemt off and walk in through the back door, it's 6 PM exactly and Bobby checks you out from head to toe."Damn... If you told me you were going to wear something like that, you wouldn't have needed to come in so early!" He says, a grin on his face as he closes the back door behind you."Well, this was about all I had left" you mention as you playfully pull down a little bit of your zipper, Bobby getting passing glances at your pleasing silhouette."Well, I got a couple of Suits ready... You want to try them out?" He says as he leads you into a small, windowless room with three different suits laying on a fold-out chair.>A. Try out the suits to Stay Classy>B. >>29333892B. Can't be a true badass without our leather.

>>29334200Uh huh, sounds like you're a jealous scrub.
>>29333963>>29333969You take a look at the suits and decide you want to try them on, partly because you want to feel more like a full-time staff member, but main ly because you're starting to feel the sweat drip your bodysuit."Yeah, let's go with the suits"."OK, I'll check up on you in a little bit" He says as he walks down the hallway and through a door that seems to lead to the kitchen, leaving you alone. You take a few glances around before closing the door to the room behind you and you strip down to your skivies; A Matching Black "Minimiser" Bra and a pair "Boy Shorts" as you try on the first suit... Only to find that's just a lttle too big for you; You might be able to roll up the sleeves and pant legs a bit, but it just wouldn't feel right. You then try on the second suit, only to discover that it's too small; In actuality, it might look pretty sexy if you were in the mood to show off (As nothing chafes or rubs hard against your skin), but you toss that one aside and try on the last suit... Which, while comfy, is clearly the most well-worn of the three, a few places seemingly held on with safety pins and willpower alone. As you take off the last suit, You hear a knock on the door. "Hey, you almost ready?" You hear Bobby yell."Yeah, just about" You reply as you quickly ponder which suit to wear.>A. Dress Comfortable (Over-sized Suit)>B. Dress Provocative (Too-Small Suit)>C. If I had to offer feedback on the quest so far, it's easy to tell it's a KoF (or at least SNK) quest with all the references and direct interaction with characters of note. The characterization is passing, and while Katja's personality is still being formed over the course of these little decisions, she's still rather clean. The other characters are fleeting, and though most of them are already characterized in the games themselves (for what it's worth), it's hard to see them come out fully here. The OCs are fleeting, so I can't say enough about them yet, though at least one of them has a notable persona. The setting has yet to really come alive. We know what Southtown is, but for those who don't, it's yet to really come across what the city is, how it sounds and feels, what makes it so interesting and so tough.Your posts integrate participant input pretty well and in a way that generally makes sense. You at least offer options, even if they are inherently open-ended (say/do something).Your narration style is relatively objective and pragmatic, focusing on external details and the scene itself rather than any internal thoughts and rationalizations (though they are still there in passing). All in all, the fanservice has made the quest what it is, but beyond that, there is still much room to grow and build, and I'm not just talking about Katja's overall character.3/5, it's a work in progress.>>29335973>A. >>29336226That's a pretty fair assesment. This is the first reall attempt I've made at running something like this and, as I've stated in the Quest Generals, I really don't have much a clue as how I can make it run better, as the few responses I have gotten felt like they were written by trolls... In truth, It might have been better off keeping this on the cutting room floor, or taking more time to fully flesh out what I had in mind...

At times, you get yelled at for not recognizing their name on the list you carry, get shoved aside when a "VIP" arrives (Usually with a woman that looks like a living Barbie Doll on one arm) without bothering to check in and you feel misreable the whole time... Especially when you used your Karate Knowledge on some backwards-cap wearing "SWAGgot" that pushed one-too-many buttons too fast, too soon. You felt his jaw dislocate with one swift punch to his face and his ribs move when you knee'd him in the stomach, though while such feelings would almost excite you when sparring at the Dojo, now they felt hollow, empty..."Why do I fight?", you think to yourself for the first time in ages as the early-night rush slows to a crawl, leaving yourself virtually alone. And, for the first time in a long, long time, you can't really find an answer. That fact both surprises and scares the hell out you, especially since you've spent countless amounts of money pursuing this dream... Yet here you are, nearly 30 years old, standing out in the cold, brightly-lit night working for pocket change while your dad's the largest Emu Farmer in all of Austrailia... Which again, leads you back to your first question: "Why DO you fight?"

Or can "True" happiness simply not be achieved unless you convince yourself that it can be obtained in the first place? ARGGH! And again, the answer comes up blank at first; Fact is, you never really had it bad throughout your life, aside from some racial tension in your first year of Highschool, which was when the subject of your Aborigine ancestry came up... Or, specifically, when a group of seniors tried to have their drunken way with you one boozy night. The memory isn't exactly pleasant, but you thank god with all of your heart that you were starting to take Martial Arts seriously, even back then, for otherwise who would've been raped, then maybe beaten in a "By-the-numbers" hate crime that the local buggers back the district startion would've swept under the rug... "I braught you here to teach you that this is what the world's like when you get older; It's harsh. You either fight your way out, or you wither up and die... Although I can understand with you being on PST, makes it a bit complicated for anyone outside of EST to find and participate in the thread.Second. As one of the guy said higher in the thread, Katja still has to be defined, I have a hard time imagining what the character looks and think like. Guess it's because we are still early in the story. And related to that, and as a way to remedy to that fuzziness around the character, I think we could use some more fights. This is KoF after all, the talking is foreplay before the fight that settle things in.Personally I would love to be more active in the quest but by the time I come by and follow around it gets really really late where I am.Can't wait to see what it's going to happen with those 5 five guys.

>>29359440While that's tempting to try and go for laughs, let's play it straight. >New Thread Theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0I-IgfpSEQAlso, appologies for the long wait for this update.>>29359981>>29359502Though Takuma initially protested you staying at the Dojo, he gradually relented as you make some impressive strides in your training, though it took you about a week of light work-outs and resting before you felt comfortable with sparring again. When you did, you easily mopped up the Dojo's floor with the few other trainees in your skill level; Shit, most of them hadn't even HEARD of a "Ha-ow-shoe-ohken" (As one dude from the Midwest butchered it), yet you were able to throw them out with relative ease, though not as well as the "Grand Masters" of Kyokugen you lived with on a daily basis. After accidentally sending one particularly boastful student to the hospital, Yuri stepped in to be your sparring partner and the two of you hit it off like Fire & Water; The matches that you would have with her could almost be the highlight of the day for most of the students there as you began to truly learn the Art of Fighting.Yuri was a good sport about it though and you couldn't really complain; She took you clothes shopping two days after you had arrived (though she mostly tried to introduce more "Girlie" outfits into your wardrobe, which you mostly refused out of hand) and had bugged Ryo enough to help you try to learn Japanese to a fair extent, though mostly all you could do was curse people out and order a beer in Kansai-Ben Diallect (Robert Garcia's Japanese Accent, curiously enough). As for the scroll that was given to you... Well, though you had read through it, and generally understood the thoery of how to harness one's inner Ki (Or so you thought), it just didn't seem to work. It helped control your Ki slightly better, as it was easier to throw out projectiles faster, but the actual strength of your Ki seemed suspect.
>>29360285On Ryo & Takuma's advice, you started to do "Nature Walks" through the wild expanses of South Town National Park, sometimes spending up to three days at a time out in the wilderness with only a Machete (Which Ryo thought was a full-sized sword judging from the size of your "Knife"), a backpack, a compass, food rations and the clothes you wore to keep yourself company. It was while on one of those walks that you... Well... "Felt it"; Felt a thunderstorm on the horizon, felt the sky rumble and the lightning crackle around you... And it felt like home. It felt natural to you, rather than being frightened or nervous; You welcomed the electricity in the air, almost where you could feel that energy rise through you, almost reach out of your finger tips at times, but never more than that. Curiously, "Regular" projectiles felt more difficult to use after that one day, to the point where you once tried to use a Ha'oh Ken, but nothing came out of your fist... It was enough of a worry that Takuma sent to Lee Pai Long, an old rival of his that was world-famous for finding a cure for hemmroids (Among other things). He put you on a training regiment to unlock your inner element (which, incedentally, reminded you of the "Seals" oin the "Bablefish Scroll"), but the progress has been slow, mostly due to the time it took you to understand "Zen" and how it applies to your body. After about and a half, you start to feel almost a part of the Kyokugen Family, with no crazy yardie hitmen dressed like traffic cops or street mimes coming out to get you... >A. Not that sparring with Yuri wasn't fun, mind you, but there was that certain something that she lacked when she fought with you... Maybe it was the drive to actually try and hurt you the way someone you didn't know, but you started to make a few calls and headed out to the Pao Pao Cafe 2 from time to time, having your fill of some of the best and brightest young fighter's around. The thing that got you the most though, was that a lot of them were no better than the scrubs you hosed back at the Dojo; In fact, some of them (Dude from Taiwain who had mastered the "Crab Style" of fighting, an asian dude who thought he was Ghengis Khan and was a Mongolian Sumo Wrestler, a VERY young-looking girl who seemingly had to lie about her age to get in the fights, then fiught with what she called "Practocal Magic" were flat-out HORRIBLE! But, the fact that you had fought them all and won most of the time helped your battle tendencies out tremendously. As for "Doc McStabbyNinja" and The Man in Black, well, you heard very little about either of them; Indeed, it seemed as though most of the ruffians and dregs of society gave you a wide berth, though you didn't mind all that much.>A. She's been here for like 2 months solid"The answer is NO Yuri; I will not have a person that hasn't even mastered basic Ki control to go out and represent my Art in the largest Fighting Tournament on earth" Takuma replies, a stern look on her face. "It's not about her skill as a fighter; It's about the fact that Marco has been with the Dojo longer than any other student aside from Robert & Katja. He deserves a chance to prove himself on the world stage." Takuma added, a slow scowl creeping across his face at her only daughter's increasingly child protests."Oh come ON dad! Can't she at least try to to team up with me and King? Or somebody else?" She asks.Takuma raises a hand and rubs his chin for a little bit, before saying "That... Is acceptable, yes." Yuri ran down the halls of the Dojo and knocked on your door, wanting to share some pretty important news for you...(End Update)Well, it's getting late and Father Time has my mind in a vice grip... If it's alright, I'll start up the next thread at 1PM EST, 10 AM PST.Train Hard and Follow your dreams /tg/!
>>29357662Hummm, after consideration I liked it better when you gave us the option to choose among her different moves.Maybe a mix of both styles would be best? "You press on with a Shippu Kyaku""You wait for an opening, unleashing a Kohou!"Anyway, nice to see the guy go down though. Also, before I forget, it would be wise to not just straight up gain an increase in ALL attributes, but instead have the stats "change", for example gaining +2 to Power but -1 to Strength and Speed. Else we will end up with a perfect character and that will make things boring. Also how do you use the stats, I assume you go for a roll under under but then I wonder how the enemy roll intervene? Both the player and the enemy rolling under their stats would mean they BOTH achieve what they were trying to do, or maybe it is just a matter of who rolled higher regardless of stats. Would love to know.>>29361702> Us being in the Women TeamOh please yes thank youAlso it starting at 10 AM PST is mighty fine!
>>29365714I use the rolls as a guide as to how the fight is going to go, but common sense is the biggest factor for me; If the players get a shitty roll for Katja and the opponent and/or other factors get a critical, well, it's not going to be the end of the fight or an epic failure on what you/she were trying to do, but it'll be enough to possibly have her change tactics on the next opportunity to do so.As for stats, during fights I use them much like how Fighting Gamer's use the data on their characters, except I also use bits and pieces of Cannon Story elements to determine how damage could be done to X Fighter with Y Move, and if it's plausible (Though I will point out that Ralf Jones can't, actually, survive Nukes, as he states in Pic Related). IE If Katja goes up against a fighter that has, say, 20 Points of attack power over her (Which there are a few that could possibly show up down the line), that opponent will do damage to her quicker than some one who, say, is only 2 or 3 points above her stats. As far as defence goes, it works in the same way; If you go against a fighter with a high defense, you'll do less damage to them, as well as have your criticals do less, though I can reveal that you will never end up fighting somebody that has "Super Armor" against you (IE No-Sells everything you do and powers through your attacks).Lastly, Katja's stats increased across the board because:1. She's lived at the Kyokugen Dojo everyday for almost Two Months.2. She's been sparring with somebody (Kyokugen Scrubs and Yuri Sakazaki) for at least One Month's worth of that time.3. (The biggest factor) She was determined to get stronger; She found her motivation to fight, realized that she was mostly going through the motions before and actually started working towards her goals... As to what those actually are, well... Lastly, should I make a new thread? Or just continue with this one until it hits the bump limit?
>>29366745General etiquette is to ride a thread into autosage and keep riding it until somewhere around page 8, then start a new one.

Wanna join me and King on the Women's Team?" Yuri asks. You say nothing, your mind lost in thought as to what you should say... In truth, you knew that the invites to the Tournament had already been sent, as Fiona & Tsuyako called you up when they got theirs and offered to let you join their "Women's Grappler's" Team (Their third choice dropping out suddenly), then got a call from That Red-Headed nurse from the Hospital, appologizing for "Yashie-Kun" stealing your wallet and offering a chance to join their "Neo New Faces" Team as way to make up for that... >>29370910>>29371083Hang on. Blue Mary and her boss offered the spot to make it easier to protect us. We sign up with them, we might not get to fight as often. Fiona and Tsukayo are newbies, and the other two... dont want to be Orochified. Vote switch!>>A. Accept Yuri's Offer and become the third Member of The Women's Team

>>29370962You still have the Blank Check, but you aren't 100% sure it's "Clean" (Meaning that you could use it, but it might put you in a lot of trouble).>>29371035Fiona Graves looks like a cross between Red Sonja & Powergirl; A larger-than-life, living, breathing Comic Book Heroine that's 6'2" Tall (Weight unknown, but is physically larger than you in just about every area...).Tsuyako Horikawa looks like a DELICIOUSLY Thick Sakura from Street Fighter, except with An Okinawan's Tan and is around 5'9" tall (Weight also unkown, but could be the largest female to ever compete in a KOF).Both of them are grapplers, but how they fight is TBA.Also, I'm sadly going to have to go on Hiatus for an undetermined amount of time (Parents coming over to visit), but if this thread's still up I'll post the conclusion.Current Votes:A = 2B = 1C = 1D = 1
>>29370910> BFeeling curious about those two "new faces".I just hope Tsuyako is not actually fat, that would seriously kill my boner
