I managed to create a cube at my uni after contacting Cartamundi and buying a sample of the cardstock, the rest is just getting hold of high enough res (or being arsed to create vectors of) images of the cards you want printed and then praying for death as you cut and trim the cards to make them look legit.

If you scouted around printshops near you and searched for 310/330 gsm Germany black core paper suppliers in your country you could very well print out a playset of exactly what you need for less than the $500 minimum order they're asking.

In the link provided, the name "Tyler Jacobson" on the fake has wider kerning that that of the original one. It's most seen on the J a c o b part of the name.
They're also using the wrong fonts. That's not Matrix Bold in the artist's name & Plantin in the text box, that's something else.

These appear to be guys with the supply / print shop to make them but no way to distribute properly like a front shop or group of ebay sellers so they just sell in bulk to anyone, hence the quality is a bit lower since they don't actually care about being perfect, just good enough.
