You don't mean?" She glares at you and you put your hand over her chest and begin pouring your energy into her in much the same way you healed yourself.

The grabs your wrist with the arm she can actually use due to her broken clavicle. "Don't do it, you need that energy to fight." She tries pushing you away but to no avail. Her grip breaks when you hear the familiar loud snap of a bone snapping into place. She winces at the sudden pain and holds your wrist harder. Her painkillers must be great.

You feel dizzy when you're done and hold on the the armrest of the couch to prop yourself up. She isn't fully healed but she can at least move, "Shut up, you deserve at least this much." You grunt out before stumbling over to the bag that holds your rubble-stained uniform and begin changing into it. Something feels wrong.

I am actually really glad the incident with Sushi happened, reading back through this thread and the last few threads. There's a really interesting character arc we could make for ourselves using that.

It's an incident where we were in a disadvantaged situation and didn't take our opponent seriously enough, and got fucking wrecked because of it. Destroying our pride, emboldening our foes, and scaring our allies. Leaving us in a completely compromised position.

That's the beginning of Rocky 3, so what we need now is a mentor character (we have several) and a training arc and we'll be ready in no time to put on our boxing gloves and dempsey roll a fish to death and take back what is ours, our panties.

You walk out of the seal room and see the scene of destruction from yesterday. Parts of the castle seem to have healed themselves partway but stopped. Some stones are bent unnaturally at the base of several pillars. It looks odd bout you somehow have an idea of what happened. Seal guardian instinctual knowledge perhaps? You shake your head and notice the area is cordoned off but there isn't anyone watching over it for now. You sneak away past the plastic DO NOT CROSS ribbons and onto one of the side hallways and towards your classroom. It takes a while of not walking completely straight down the hallway and up some stairs that made you want to curse their inventor as they were a small and easily surmountable challenge that should have been something that wasn't even remotely challenging.

You open the door to the classroom and see that only about half of the students came to school. "Hehe, I made it." You say with an exhausted voice you didn't know you had. Draining your energy reserves so fast really wasn't good for you. Everyone stares at you, most in surprise, a certain blue-haired girl stands up in her spot and looks at you.

The brown-ponytailed teaher looks at you, "Miss Ishikuno, I didn't think you were the kind of person who would come to class with the flu and after this happened." Oh right, Aomi must have given her that excuse. The japanese flu is fucking lethal, you wonder how the japanese survived this long.

"Ehehe, well, you know me." You try to defuse the situation only for you to be dragged to your seat in a flash of blue that says "Just take a break Masako."

It's more that she wouldn't believe someone would come to give her assistance. She didn't really believe she was friends with any of them, until after the fight with Matilda where Momoko screwed up the finish.

It's a standard superiority complex spiral. Masako feels inferior because she isn't real, so she acts like she's better because of that. But she needs to cheat and try extra hard to keep up that illusion, which in turn makes her feel more inferior.

You feel someone pinch your cheek.

Then someone squeeze your nose, and finally someone pulling on your ear.

Fuck them you want to go to sleep, you wave of each and every attempt of that person...that is until they do the three at the same time. and you immediately wake up to the sight of Aomi, Michiko and Misa.

"You're supposed to be resting." Michiko, her arms crossed "You're not in any condition to be moving around."

"She healed herself but..."Aomi, with her arms crossed, "You should have more than enough energy left to not be like this. Did you use it for something else?"

"She's an idiot so she probably did something unnecessary." Misa says with her arms crossed.

"Lets get some Icecream, and maybe this time I won't get knives stuck to my body." You say, ending your sentence with a dry laugh as you recall your last bitter experience with Marcus, its as if he was messing around with you. Yeah, fuck him, you'll pay him back for that.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Michiko asks, she does sound worried, "I mean isn't what you just did sort of like donating blood right after losing a lot of blood?"
"Thats pretty accurate actually." Aomi chimes in, "If she passes out I'll carry her." She says happily, you like the sound of that as well.

You literally slept through the school day and both Aomi and Michiko are making fun at your expense, partly at the teacher's reactions and from the other students and partly at how cute you looked as you fell asleep staring at the teacher with your eyes partially open as if pretending to pay attention before slightly snoring without abandoning your pose. They couldn't wake you for 3 whole periods before they gave up.

You all arrive at the store, you grab two super ultra choco-pops: One for you and one for Akari while Aomi and Michiko get strawberry and Mango respectively. You save yours for when you go to Akari.

Everything went smoothly and when you got home to sleep in your super comfy bed you got scolded for missing a day of work.
