Harpies are traditionally female. All female.
So when a harpy hatched this... thing she was confused. She knew the devil promised her the creature would be as strange as it was powerful but she had expected horns, scales, tentacles and all that nonsense, not... a boy.

Now that her father died, she grabbed his sword and is about to rally the troops to retaliate, the knights ready to renew their oaths of loyalty to the new queen, the cherubs are creatures she can summon with a free action tree times a day to heal wounds, in this depiction they just finished healing her and are about to fly away

I have to agree with some other Anons.

When the art is monsters or males it is pretty good and I'd happily base character concepts off them, use them for NPCs or even steal them for character portraits.

However when it's women the artists seem only able to draw naked or poorly clad people. Why? Why why why?

Holy general lady must unfortunately fight her former party members. Who lives and dies in the ensuing battle determines the fate of the characters and the world itself

I did it wrong. I made an NPC, would appear in long scene where players have little/no agency. All aboard the railroad, please revoke my GMing privileges.

The fae almost never leave the Minar forest; they never tolerate outsiders, and enforce this by sending dangerous, unearthly beasts to range the vast forest. This is unfortunate, for the forest is one of the obstacles that caravans travelling the Grand Road must go around for a month, though lands ruled by warlords who pose enormous taxes on the caravans, if they don’t seize them outright. However, Ilassa claims that she can lead them safely through in 3 days, if they follow her orders.

1: Do not bring carts through the forest, they cannot travel the narrow paths she will guide them down. The goods must be carried by men and beasts. If anyone falls behind, then they are lost.

2: They must not stop moving during these 3 days and there must always be drumming to a precise rhythm that she teaches them.

3: They must never lose sight of her, or have any lights going at all; she makes herself highly visible by dancing around and twirling twin lanterns during the entire 3 day journey.

The reasoning behind her methods is such: the hunting beasts are bred to be drawn to normal firelight, making them very adept at tracking intruders with lamps and torches in the dark woods. Her lanterns are very brightly lit by glowing magic metals, not fire. The light from these metals is strange to humans, but painful to the beasts. The drum rhythm is one that triggers the flight instinct in the beasts, but the beasts will charge stationary targets anyways.

When each step that they must take is an agony, she challenges them to move forward with playful leaps and twirls, darting ahead almost out of sight to pull them to move faster, or brazenly seductive steps to tantalize them onwards when she thinks they need more motivation.
Ilassa’s knowledge of the hunting beasts and methods to avoid them comes from the fact that she was conceived in a night of passion between a fae scout, and human troubadour. When her fae mother died, she lived at the lowest rung of their society. After a few years, she left when she realized she could guide caravans though, after piecing together options to make money. So, by stealing the lanterns, and knowledge of the forest, she fled to the outside world.

Reinald didn't appreciate Mittens very much before the miscast. His fellow wizards had more exotic familiars (talking ravens! Amazing!) than his little kitty cat, and while he never really neglected her, he didn't pay her much attention.

Being turned into a rat and traveling halfway across the world changes that quite a bit though. He realizes that the bond between wizard and familiar is far stronger than he ever thought possible, and that Mittens is the only one who's always been in his corner.

Lady Katherine Rostov didn't have a happy childhood. As the unwanted middle daughter of the royal family and born homely as a mule, she found herself constantly in the shadow of her sisters and brothers. She was the child her mother forgot about and tried to keep behind other children during big public events. Growing up into a dumpy, big-boned young woman with stringy, frizzy brown hair, a flat nose and a booming voice, Katherine rebelled and demanded she be allowed to train as a squire instead of staying in a court that didn't like her.

Rising through the ranks and earning a reputation as a dangerous, vicious fighter, Katherine was eventually knighted and finally found a place in the world. She participated in jousts, hunts, peacekeeping actions and small monster killing, all of which were an outlet for her frustration.

Then one day she got lost from her unit during a battle with a war band of orcs. Wandering through the deep forest she encountered a decrepit old sorceress who promised the homely princess-knight that she was the steward of great magical treasures. Intrigued, katherine followed her and was granted a glorious set of ornate plate, according to the witch once belonging to a great historic hero.

Wishing to surprise her fellow knights and family, Katherine hauled the heavy armor back and donned it in secret. To her surprise, as the late plate clicked shut there was a transformation and the great suit of armor shrank. Not only that, but Katherine's body changed to fill out the changing suit as well.

When it was over, she had become a tall, busty redheaded beauty and her suit of armor had become a greatly abbreviated outfit to show off her assets. Suddenly possessing the beauty she secret envied in her sisters, she must now prove she is actually the lost princess, while searching for a way to undo the curse. Or does she want it undone?

Katherine's armor provides her with ample magical protection against attacks and the ravages of the elements. It also doesn't chafe, thankfully. She can take it off freely, but that doesn't lift the curse placed on her in any way.

She's just as dangerous of a combatant as before, skilled in the use of many melee and ranged weapons, mounted combat and mounted archery. She also has in no way adapted to her new appearance and remains a down-to-earth, practical person. She can swear to the point of making a blacksmith blush and tell incredibly bawdy stories.

The only thing that puts her on the defensive are people flirting with her, as that was something she never really experienced in her sheltered court life. She can get downright bashful if that happens and the person seems sincere, but she's also smart enough to recognize a smooth-talking huckster a mile away.

Huge amount of text incoming. I had a lot of thoughts.

Well, if Katherine ends up traveling with Reinald and Mittens, it's because she (like the rest of the party) opted to try to break her curse at the Fountain of Curse Breaking. Whatever pushed her to break the curse rather than live with it is going to have a pretty big impact on her.

Here's a few situations I could see:
1. She honestly hates the attention. She thought that it would make her happy, but it really doesn't. She realizes that her reputation as a strong and brave knight was the thing she valued most, and throwing her appearance away put all her work to waste.

2. She likes being pretty, but something bad happened in the kingdom while she was away. A plague that kills off her siblings? Assassins? They need Katherine the princess now, but she's nowhere to be found. Katherine tries her best to convince people of her identity, but it doesn't work and she's forced to flee. Now she seeks to break her curse out of a sense of duty and honor. Since Katherine likes how she looks now, there's a good chance she'll break the curse but keep the armor so she can re-curse herself in full view of people who can vouch for the transformation.

3. She's still indecisive. Her family never really wanted her anyway, why should she hold on to her past life? This armor belonged to a hero, perhaps she should make heroism her new calling. These people before her are undertaking a journey that could easily prove fatal. She resolves to see them to the Fountain, trusting herself to make a final decision regarding her curse then.

As to her relationship with Reinald and Mittens? Initially it's probably pity. Reinald's situation is pretty awful - he can't travel safely (giant rats aren't tolerated in polite society), he can't cast, and he can only communicate through someone who's only been able to talk for a couple of days. She meets the two as they are soliciting help for their journey. Reinald was not the wealthiest wizard, so there's not too much they can offer to anyone who doesn't also see the quest's goal as a nice enough reward.

But at the same time, Mittens's childlike and simplistic views have a pretty big impact on Katherine. Mittens is probably the first person (hah! she's a cat!) Katherine's met who actually doesn't care how someone looks on the outside.
