To succeed this Quest, you'll simply have to come back with the Banner of the Victor.” He then looks at you through his pince-nez. “Does it seems alright to you?”

Hey, Quests aren't easy. Especially when you have to prove your worth to a guy who became ruler by breaking the spin on an Earth Mage with a frankeinsterner, on top of the Earth Mage's own attack (which then became the guy's palace)
