Some of the character names are chosen based on the meaning of their names (like Karel), but overall, there isn't a real overall naming scheme that I use, aside from the french/german thing for most of them.

Shaking his head, Sir Gregory walks over to Elena and rustles her hair.

"Good," he nods. "Now I assume you're dying to see Luciana..." he says as he makes his way over to the kitchen door. "I'll go get her for you, so just wait a minute."

With that, Sir Gregory strolls into the kitchen... and is immediately pushed right back out.

"Uncle Gregory!" Luciana shouts as she continues to force her uncle out of the place where that delicious-smelling food is being prepared. "How many times do I have to ask you to STAY OUT already!?"
"Hey," he shrugs, "I just had something to tell you, and-"
"It doesn't matter! Guillaume's just fine, but you re way too big and you're no help with the actual cooking, so-"

And then Luciana realizes that you're standing right there, watching her go off on her uncle.

"R- Reinhold!?" Luciana gasps. "Hhhhhhow long have you been here, I would have came out to say hello..."
"That's the entire reason I came into the kitchen in the first place," Sir Gregory says, running a hand through his hair. "If you wouldn't jump to conclusions all the time then you wouldn't have accidentally revealed your bossy side to him before the wedding-"

He looks pretty serious about this, you're not sure if he's joking.

"I'm still kind of sore about not getting to have any grandchildren for another decade or so, but at least you went and found yourself a cute girl to fall for," Sir Gregory says to Nicolette. "You get your good taste in girls from your old man, you know."
"Dammit Dad would you shut up already!?" Nicolette shouts.

Watching this is too much fun to interrupt... not to mention that you don't want Sir Gregory's attention to turn to you instead. As such, you hang back and follow the others outside while enjoying the show.
