My species does not have the capacity for psionic power development, as we are- like most species we've encountered thus far- incapable of irrational thought. They /can/ be repaired, but to do so is to perform brain surgery on a super-compact crystalline structure, so there are no guarantees there- the only things you can expect to break your Psi-stone are deliberate attempts to do so, or at least deliberate attempts on your life.]
