You sonido off to find your plant, and of course you find him mucking about with the nofunigami. “Listen up Galileo!” You shout pointing at her.

I am thinking about going after some angels, you want to come? You can come. I would very much like you to come.” You say wiggling your fingers

“I will… come.” She says slowly tracking something behind you that only she can see.

“Jolly good them. Meet me in front of the shrine in an hour minus the time it took me to come here from the plant and talk.” You say.

You leap down the cut hole in the floor, and chase after the smell of Jager’s abs. You find her in her room and explain you would very much like her company, thank you very much. Your group assembles outside your shrine, and then all of you Sonido off. You stay out of your second release, even though the wings would make things easier, because you are afraid you are going to be eaten by you. Would you eat you? You’d eat you. You leap over buildings, and towns until finally you get close to the angels.

The gentle hum of grace fills the air, and you glance down to see a pair of angels. Twins, by the looks of them, are slowly weaving delicate spell work over what seems to be a gash in reality. They bodies glow with pure light, and you almost jump on them as they slowly circle around it.

However your nose is assaulted by the smell of rotten time. You look at the gash once more and can tell the smell is coming from in there. The angels hold their focus on the gash in the world and carefully sing along with their grace to repair small tears in time.

As I was saying, however, power level generally has more to do with visibility than actual logic. If we take the time to gather some people together, give a few words, and point them off where we need them occasionally, they will level far faster than they would if we ignored them.

It literally takes 5 minutes and gives us some slightly more useful scrubs. Names alone are a big boost, and lines help even more. Actual plot relevance is an equation for someday becoming useful.

Going back certainly isn’t an option at this point, and honestly speaking you are getting a little hungry. You wait for the angels to get into position. They seem to have a pattern to their movements so you hold your hand up and wait. Finally when they are where you want them to be you swing your hand forward and your group charges.

You transform as quick as you can while your plant fires several silvery arrows at the angels. Explosions seeped in time stuff rock through the area. You transform into your second release and leap into the explosive wake. Your tails lash out with angel steel, and you hear the sound of metal bash on metal. You coat your arms and legs in the ultra dense zeros and start swinging wildly.

Your back gets sliced open making you quickly compensate by sending sharp pointed tentacles lined with teeth from your back out at your attacker. As the angel you are fighting gets his head in the fight you worry you will be slashed from both sides. Moments later your worries are put to rest as a stream of spikes slam into the ground behind you. The angel attacking your back can’t get close and is left open to several silver colored arrows.

You leap to the side as the angel you are fighting lashes out with a silver sword and narrowly avoid getting your tails gut off. The angel tries to move after you but a shadow below him seems to catch his feet. From within the inky blackness Sin-Fin pulls herself up. Like some sort of horror movie monster she looks at the angel and sends arcing spears of darkness at him. He pulls away from most of the sticky black stuff but some of it bites deep.

In the distance you see Ryoko spear tackle the other angel and take him further away. She ignores the silver sword of the other angel repeatedly stabbing her in the back, probably used to being penetrated. Ha. You don’t let on you don’t get it by starting your attack once more. You leap over the sticky blackness that is Sin-Fin and send a kick into his head. He holds up his sword but you detach your foot in time to send it at his face as some sort of spider made of teeth.

It tears angel flesh from bones, and it sends spikes of bone into the angel before getting blasted off to ash. You seem to have taken them by surprise.

You feel your fatebreaker slip into your hate engine hole, which you actually use more than your regular fatebreakers these days you dirty fatebreaker slut, and you start to vibrate out of time. You summon your ceros and focus on the angel in front of you. You slam a fist into his ribs, and the resulting feel of cracked bone makes you weak at the knees. You leap over him before he can retaliate, and you kick his knee.

He stumbles allowing you to slip around him again to connect a perfect kick against his chin. He goes up right into a stream of Jager’s spikes. You see the dull impact of the spike into the angel, and then grab him by his ankle and slam him into the ground.

He seems to be taking a moment to recover, so you hold onto his ankle and spin. Once you get enough speed you let him go and send him flying into the air. You fly after him and focus on the energy covering your arm. You compress it to the size of a marble and feel the energy sputtering as if it were unstable. You throw it at the angel before rushing back. The explosion is large, but is more compact than the other ceros you normally throw. You kick off the air back into the cloud. Several dark inky spears and metal hollow spikes chase after you and once you see the angel bleeding you don’t let up. You bite down on his wing, and doing so sends rivers of delight surging through you.

You hold back on summoning another hate engine, and just fly down after the angel. Sin-Fin seems to have started mimicking you and she also crosses the distance to find the angel. Ryoko, Sin-Fin, and you all start laying into the angel with a barrage of attacks. Still disoriented, the angel is unable to put up a strong resistance. The three of you become a tornado of limbs, and halfway through you decide to try and one up everyone.

You grow lashing tentacles and flailing whips of muscle, teeth, and claws. Your chest cracks open, allowing you to become something more like a piston of bleeding, screaming, and tearing flesh. You jump over a slashing blade barely losing half of your tumorous mass for your trouble. You send out thin tendrils from the bleeding wound, and they wrap around the angel holding him in place.

You stab the angel several times in the chest, while Ryoko and Risa-Fin lay a massive smack down on the offending enemy. He jolts, seizes, and then dies. You turn and see the tear begin to unwind. The hole widens, undulates, then collapses on itself ingraining the damage on reality, and forcing the universe to compensate for the damage. It seems you will not be having a boss fight today.

You devour the angel remains before turning back towards your shrine. You feel exhausted, and even after you manage turning off your second release you just feel totally drained. You run back to the shrine making pointless small talk along the way, but once you get back you go right to your room and sleep.

You sneak into your training area and release your power. You shunt some energy into your after burner, hidden tank, magical fun land place, etc. You power down and feel a little woozy, but press on for England. You don’t take anyone with you, opting to instead walk the streets like a violet haired punk rock human twenty something. You get on the tram, and it takes you to the part of town with the college you met the demons at.

You walk around the town, and notice a few things in your few hour jaunt. One, you stick out like a sore thumb around all these Japanese fellows. You have a plan. You reach into your inventory, and pull out a nice one piece dress. You sneak behind a building, and try to change. You remember the familiar shape of Little Risa, it being one of your preferred forms, and you feel your limited shapeshifting start to tear your body apart. Your bones crack and pop, your eyes boil, your hair digs into your skull like hot needles before melting into you, and your formerly sexy legs become shorter thing. Having practiced with Little Risa enough the change is painful, but not impossible for you. You are now standing in an alleyway dressed like some of those comics some of your students were reading, and it made you very nervous for them. Don’t they know kiddy touchers get their bollocks chopped off in lock up?

You spin to become a small violet tornado, and when you stop your clothes are changed. You step out into the street, barely able to resist the urge to laser everything because buildings suddenly being tall in your irrational view of the world makes them jerks. You sniff the air, but don’t smell anything too interesting so you decide to kill some time.

You spent the afternoon into early evening playing at a local park. You played house with the girls, then had a riveting game of football with some of the lads. You got some decent wingers, and with you at forward it was a good game. Your team even managed to beat some of the 6th graders who tried to take your field. It was fun. You wave goodbye to your new mates, and then sit on a swing until it turns into night time.

You have to avoid some bobbies while you wait, but you manage pretty well. Finally in the dead of night things start to change. You smell something strange in the distance, as well as a few small demons. A human energy signal starts approaching the demons, but there is something terribly wrong about it. The signal is joined by a few others, and you can tell they are in a direct bee line for the demons.

However in the distance, where one of the signals originated, is that strange feeling. You can’t quite place it, but you know it is kind of familiar.

You have enough time to make a choice, what do you do?

You decide it is probably best to ignore the magical girls which, I mean, why did you transform at all then? “I have an issue following through on anything in life.” You say. Unlife. “Unlife.” You correct.

You sneak through the streets as the human signals engage the weak demons. You slip through buildings, and over walls to the strange smell which haunts you. You peek into a room and see sitting on a window ledge is a small mammalian creature. It has black fur, with crimson eyes and it seems to be focusing its attention elsewhere. It has a calm face which makes you wonder if it has a soul at all.

You blink and crouch down. Should you eat it? “And who might you be?” A gentlemanly voice calls out behind you.

You turn and see the creature has moved without any sound behind you. Crimson eyes bore into you as a rather fluffy tail swishes behind him. That weird feeling is intense from him, and you can’t help but feel you wandered into a cave which was actually a monster’s mouth. You clear your throat and…

The beast doesn’t stop staring at you, and you fear your cunning disguise born of cleverness and smarthood has been busted. Instead he inclines his head slightly in what you suspect is supposed to be a gentlemanly bow. “D. B. Cooper is my name.” Wait, wasn’t that us? “I must say this is a rather strange meeting. A young girl out on her own at night, such a thing won’t do at all, now will it? Why don’t you allow me the pleasure of escorting you home young lady?” He asks.

You narrow your eyes and finally recognize part of the smell. Hellfire, and way more than any you have ever smelled before. Absolute, and purer than any demon you ever smelled. It is subtle, purposefully hidden, but definitely there. Well, this certainly is a thing.
