You roll out of the small crater as the princess… fishy slams her fan down where your neck would be. Blades of water carve through the ground and take part of your tail. It hisses steam as you regenerate, then you turn to the two enemies and think. Asmodeus is probably able to solo Ryujin if she is back up to snuff, but you are not sure if she is or not. Then there is this dragon princess slag who Asmodeus said she gets after which is, you know, a thing.

You decide to ignore Otohime for now. You turn away and fly into the air earning some gashes in your back as the princess sends out arcs of water after you. Ryujin lets out a fearsome roar which turns the mist surrounding you into small spears. You twist, and only get impaled a little, then press on to the great beast. You slam a cero enhanced fist into his side bypassing a wall of magical defenses, then fly back as the blades of water slash out at you. You fly in a perfect arc and throw the crackling, unstable cero at the dragon’s underbelly.

While there are still magical defenses there, the small marble of raw energy still strikes with great effect. He jolts up at the impact and you think yourself free for another shot, but as you charge up your arm something next to you makes you freeze. You glance over and see Ryujin’s head. Like a snake he turned around and is now trying to swallow you whole. You let out a sound of surprise before rushing back away from the dragon.

You have to kick off the air every once and a while to suddenly change direction, as the beast is fast and his lunges nearly catch you. You get an idea and fall into a perfect dive. The beast roars and follows, and you send up small orbs of electricity to keep him nice and pissed at you. You stop before hitting the ground, then dream walk away letting the beast slam into the ground. You think yourself extraordinarily clever, but then the shaking ground makes you realize you have made a huge mistake. The ground under you collapses and Ryujin rushes out.

You roll to the side and fire your second zero, the close explosion tearing flesh and meat from your body leaving angel carved bones jutting out prominently. You have no time to enjoy the pain of your body reforming, as Ryujin is now even more pissed. You run back before the slightly dazed dragon can snack on you and take that moment to see how Asmodeus is doing.

Small thorns which drip with some wonderful smelling pink liquid are wrapped around Otohime, but she presses on sending countless blades after Asmodeus. Asmodeus seems more amused that troubled as she flicks her cane and scatters the water blades into pieces. Otohime snarls and pulls agains the thorns tearing parts of her nice robe like thing. She points her fans at Asmodeus and sends a massive drilling spear of water at Asmodeus. It launches faster than you can see at your fallen friend, but Asmodeus’ red wings shine and she is suddenly behind Otohime.

Asmodeus smacks Otohime’s thighs and she makes a strange sound before slumping over. Asmodeus raises her cane again and strikes against her back making the intense scream echo through the world. The third time Asmodeus raises it Otohime sends out a strange net made of jewels and braided metal. You have no time to think on it as Ryujin leaps after you furious at what you have done.

You roll to the side and send a cero enhanced kick into his cheek to send him off course for a moment. You charge up your body again and…

You leap away from Ryujin but forget one important thing. His tail. The hard sharp tail slams into your collar bone and your bones shatter. You go spinning end over end into the ground and take a wheezing breath. Ryujin rushes you. You throw out another zero and it connects on the side of his face. His eye goes out and he narrowly avoids swallowing you.

You leap off the ground and send out another cero at his midsection. You can’t see if it hits or not as you are already sliding your tails after him. You grow small mouths and teeth on your fluffy protrusions then have them bite into the hard scales. You send out bolts of electricity through your tails, but his body seems to have a level of resistance against it.

Ryujin leaps up and tries to take a bite of you. You pull yourself down with your tails so he only gets your top half. Your lower body oozes viscous bloody and gore as it falls down onto his body. You land with a meaty thump on his back. Your tails bite down breaking their teeth on his body, but hold tight. Your gorey insides slip over his body and start to boil with flesh and tissue. Eyes, teeth, and claws form in the pile and start biting down and growing like some form of cancer.

Ryujin yells out in surprise before sending spears of water your way, but you just let them pierce you. You shiver at the intense pain, then grow further around his body. Your claws dig into him and take massive swatches of scale and meat. You shiver at his screams of agony and demand more from the dragon, so you pierce him with shards of bone. He starts bucking wildly to throw you off and you hold tighter. You try and bore into him, but the dragon gets smart and slams your body against the ground like you were a particularly unfortunate bull rider.

You send zero energy into your tail as the rest of you gets scraped off like you were some shit on someone’s boot. Your tail detonates when the dragon tries to scoop your meaty chunks back into his mouth making him reel to the side. You put yourself back together and let out a hiss of delight at the dragon’s attempt at killing you.

You glare at him for a moment, but before you can attack a pink and red energy orb slams into the beast sending him flying back. “Ah, sorry about that Risa, I was having a little too much fun.” Asmodeus says.

“It’s fine. So you think we can take him?” You wonder.

“Well, let’s not hold anything back and see what happens, shall we?” She wonders.

You shove a fatebreaker into your eagerly waiting hate engine slot and start to vibrate slightly out of time. You push yourself forward and charge you one leg with zero energy, and the rest with weapons grade. You barely manage to cover all of it but it is enough for now. You slam a knee into Ryujin’s blind eye and then dig your hands into it. You feel the slippery sticky organ squelch under your fingers, and it feels phenomenal. Both soft, yet hard with a sort of perverse stickiness you can’t get enough of you barely remember you are in a fight enough to pull the thing out of the dragon’s head and throw it aside.

You kick off his skull as slow moving spears try to lance you, and it leaves it open for Asmodeus to attack. A wave of hooked chains washes over Ryujin and tears off a large number of his scales. You rush down his body to the portion of his body which is now naked and tear chunks off of him with your claws. You get a few hits in, then leap and roll over his back to deliver a strong heel to his side. His tail whips out and takes off your leg, not the one with zero fortunately, and you just let it detonate. You tap into your reserves and make a new cero to cover it before you run across the ground over to his face. Asmodeus has summoned up a second orb of pink and red light which she chucks at Ryujin’s head. You throw your ceros into the orb which pulses and swims with your mixed power before it detonates in Ryugin's face.

He goes straight into the air, from the force and seems about to tip on his back, but your vibrating hate engine still has enough energy for another trick. You run up his now exposed belly and dodge the wild water which is now going out of control in his death throws. You slam your knee into one of his horns, breaking it free, then spin and stab it into his eye socket. He roars in agony, but you just slam your foot down on the horn deeper into his brain and just ride him down.

He crashes heavily into the ground bellow and you feel your engine flip off obediently. It is a lewd thing. You see Otohime is still bound and struggling on the ground but can’t move. “Ah, seems I am quite out of practice. I suppose it has been a very long time since I have actually had to try at anything. Guess I need to practice more.” She says.

You move to start devouring the dragon, then have a thought.

As Asmodeus turns to look at her prize you put a tail on her shoulder. “Hold up then.” You say.

“Hm?” Asmodeus asks and you feel your grace getting shaken around by her overwhelming being.

You retract your tail with a minor effort of will, and then you point at the dragon corpse. She looks at it, then follows your finger to your mouth, then blinks when you point at her. “You want me to eat it? I am not really tasting dragon. Dragon daughter however” She trails off with a mischievous look.

“What? No, are you daft? I want you to feed me.” Except for that eyeball. “Except for the big eyeball, I collect those now. It’s a thing.” You say.

“Why would you want that?” Asmodeus asks.

“Because I am terribly spoiled, and can only find validation for my own existence through the actions of others.” You say. Wait, is that why we do it? I thought it was just because our settings didn’t have a level that wasn’t ‘Risa’ “Maybe. Look, I clearly need a good shrink, alright? Don’t questions me so much, I have a hard enough time.” You grumble. “Pretty please with sugar on top? I’ll feed you something sometime if you do.” You say.

“Oh, fine then. You are lucky you’re so adorable or I might get mad.” She sighs.

She raises her cane and points at the dragon’s corpse. It shimmers with pink light then condenses into something like a marble. She lifts your chin and mimes for you to say aw. You resist her grace and as she slips the small marble into your mouth you can’t help but notice her tongue piercing shimmer in her mouth.

“Hm, well old one parts would heal me up very well I suspect, but it comes with its own share of problems. Problems I am not ready to deal with. That may be one of the reasons Lucifer was so desperate for the Soul King. While he never showed it he was hurt terribly by Michael’s sword during the rebellion. Asmodeus stretches after you leave the shrine, several demonic women took the princess from the area, and she lets out a sigh. “Well, perhaps I should practice a bit more. Actually, the method for restoring my leg temporarily is still untested so perhaps with how dangerous the world is I should test it out.” She frowns. “Of course, it was a tip from Belphy so I doubt it will fail, but there is still a chance you know.”

“Have anyone in mind?” You ask.

“That Mendel fellow, I am still a little cross she picked on poor little Amon. He isn’t terribly bright, you know. So I would not object to bloodying her nose a little. Of course if you have a better option I am open to it.” She says.

Tidal Shifts - there has to be some way we can use this to increase our faith. Feeding the fishermen, repulsing those nasty chinese factory barges that come in and deplete our water like the backstabbing bastards they are etc. Alternatively, we can offer "protection" to those barges if they want to fish there, and spread our religion through their fleets.

Replace China with whatever foreign/local power we might have a quarrel with. But seriously, we need to get some miracles up in here. It's becoming less a matter of "hitting harder" and more a matter of "cheating our faces full" with the power levels we're dancing around with now.

“I wouldn’t mind messing up Mendel’s day, certainly. But, um, could you spoil me some more?” You ask placing the dragon eye in your inventory.

“Well, since you seem to lack a top, I don’t mind.” She says casually. We are bad at clothes.

You spin in a circle like a tornado to put a shirt back on then fly off still shivering from Asmodeus’ touch. You look over at the snazziest of azzies and she seems to be humming a simple tune that you NEED to know the- Oh, that was her influence. Sorry. You shake it off and decide to talk to her. “Oi, so what are you going to do to her? Otohime I mean.”

“I think I will slowly corrupt her, maybe use her as a chair. Ah, would you like to sit on her-“ She starts then stops. “Right, forgot about that whole lack of a sex drive thing. That’s sort of a killer, isn’t it?”

“A bit, so where are we off to?” You ask.

“A base of Mendel’s off of Yokohama. I doubt anything too severe will be there, but killing a staggering number of weak people still appeals to you doesn’t it?” She asks.

“Yeah, I suppose so. What if there is something big there or your leg fixer doesn’t work?” You ask.

“My sweet Risa will protect me won’t she?” She asks amused.

“Probably, although fair warning I think I have been on a collarbone binge lately so I may require them.” You explain.

“How perverse!” Asmodeus objects.

“What? But you do every carnal thing known to mankind!” You say.

“But still, collarbones Risa? For shame.” She shakes her head sadly.

I feel dirty. You stop in the air above what looks like a military base crawling with people decked out in military gear. “Would you kindly wait a moment Risa? I have to remember the spell.” Asmodeus asks.

You decide to wait, after all Azzy has sort of been awesome to you and this is more or less a test run. She begins chanting and several soldiers down below shout and point up at you all. They begin firing strange magical bullets, but you stand in front of Azzy and swat them away with your tails because you are best girl. They explode all around you in a torrent of magic which makes your skin crawl. Those would hurt, if they hit you in a blind spot, you think they upgraded their hardware.

You see several soldiers run off to the barracks, and you would stop them, but azzy keeps on chanting and you have to protect her. Several large mechs break out of the barracks and hangers, then point very large guns at the both of you. You worry, but then you hear Asmodeus finish her spell and hold her cane above her head. Golden light of some sort streams out of her leg, and you see her body become more lean and fit like she was entering the prime of her life. Soft sensual curves get replaced with toned muscle, and you smell her go juice is no longer restrained.

It is like standing at the foot of a titan who has just cast off her false image to show the world their true form. You don’t have time to think on it as the robots fire large missiles full of reality damaging magic at the two of you. You run through your options, but Azzy grabs the back of your collar and flies down at a disgustingly fast speed.

The missiles explode overhead, and you see behind you Asmodeus is smiling in a way which makes you very uncomfortable. We need to have a chat with Mendel sometime about her Anti-Risa weaponry. You look at the soldiers and summon your ceros with a violent smile. Asmodeus stands from her crouch behind you and laughs.

Everyone stops at her laugh and you wonder why for a moment. She pushes her hair back and takes a few steps with absolutely no limp at all, then you realize what’s wrong. Normally, her voice has a level of softness from experience. She knows people don’t think or feel the same way she does, so she does her best to shave off the more harsh edges of her voice. Simple experience in the world allows her to do this, but now that softened edge is missing. She looks over the group of soldiers and smiles, god what we would give to have that smile for you alone.

“Well now, isn’t this a nice reception? A bunch of virile men surrounding a pair of fine women like ourselves, makes me wonder what sort of party is going to happen here. You interested Risa?” Asmodeus asks her voice carving layers off your mind.

“Jager told me not to show my naughty parts ‘sept to the people I really love. Just you here, I might entertain the idea, but with all these lads about? No way.” You answer unsure where she is going with this.

“Well there you have it. Sorry lads.” Asmodeus says with a giggle touching her voice.

“Stop or we will-“ One of the soldiers starts.

“Slow.” Asmodeus notes and leans forward.

Her body shimmers, then you see at the same time Asmodeus’ image in front of each of them holding a small red dagger. She swing the crimson dagger, then her body stops shimmering and the images fade. The soldiers in front of you blink once, then their bodies crack open in a torrent of bloody ribbons. They scream on the way down, each cut perfect at inflicting the maximum pain/pleasure. The mech pilots pause, and that enough for Asmodeus. She leaps onto one of the machines and tears the pilot out of the cockpit. You see small wafts of crimson leave her wings into the machine, then the robot twists and becomes something else.

The guns become bigger, the angles sharper, and you can’t help but notice the Ai is screaming. It becomes encased in a strange metal and energy, then turns to its companion robots. While it fires its weapons into the other robots Asmodeus smiles at the pilot in her hands. He shivers in her grasp, and you almost feel sorry for him. Too bad he isn’t you. “P-please. I have a wife. A daughter!” He begs.

“Well, I wonder what sort of secret desires you keep hidden from them?” Asmodeus asks.

Asmodeus kisses him, and the land around you becomes infected with her grace; a blighted scar on the fabric of reality commanding pure [Lust] of everything and one to ever step here.. The man’s eyes go wide for a moment, then fill with blackness with small magenta irises. She holds that kiss for a moment, savoring the raw taste of contact for the first time in who knows how long, then lets him go. He leans forward drooling and with a vacant expression. When the mech destroys the last robot and detonates itself, he starts laughing. He grabs his knife and starts his slow march out of the base, making Asmodeus snicker. “Well, this certainly feels nice.”

She lifts her left leg, then does some single leg squats to test out her leg. “In fact, this is very nice. I haven’t felt this way in centuries. Centuries!" She squints. I’m getting old.”

“Please, you don’t look a day over a thousand.” You say looking back and walking over to her. “So what do you want to do?” You wonder.

“Everything.” She answers and she slowly traces her fingers over your waist and hip. “But sadly I can’t do that, can I? Well, for now, why don’t we have fun?” She wonders.

“How about the two of us storm the base and have a real bonding moment but not in the lewd way because seriously I don’t know what that is.” You say nodding.

“That might be fun. Come on then.” She says spinning her dagger, which you suppose must be hidden in her cane usually since the delightfully perverse walking aid is nowhere to be seen. “Let’s have some fun with it then!”

The two of you walk into the base. The resistance is heavy, but you and Asmodeus’ speed seem to hold it all at bay with ease. She is faster than you, walking between the attacks without any sort of difficulty, and you wonder for a moment if you are really needed. Asmodeus strips a rather handsome soldier and her eyes go wide with an idea. “Hey! Risa, grab a side.”

You grab his left side arm and leg, then Asmodeus nods. “Okay, now make a wish.” She commands.

She pulls, as do you, and the soldiers screams in absolute pain. His joints pop out of place, and the sound of tearing meat can be heard. You both twist to tear him in half, but Asmodeus gets most of the torso. “Ah, let’s see. A wish, a wish. I wish Risa will be my friend forever.” She sings, and her voice is like a party that ends with the murder of a hooker followed by necrophilia. “Let’s move on deeper.” You say wiping blood from your nose at Asmodeus’ influence.

You both continue down into the base. Bullets bounce off you with a delightful plink sound, inspiring you to stab your hands into the enemy soldiers and feel their warm insides. They wiggle around your fingers you decide. Sort of a slimy, twisty feeling. Asmodeus uses her dagger to violate a few of the scientists along the way, slowly expanding the scar on reality that her presence forces on the world.

“So then, what’s at the bottom? I always did love the little prizes at the bottom of things. Cereal, cracker jacks, the prize at the bottom was the best.” Asmodeus notes.

You bloom like a bloody flower out of the circulatory system and through the pores of one of the soldiers and shrug. “I don’t bloody well know, now do I? That’s what makes it a surprise.”

“Ah, I can’t wait, I can’t wait.” She sings.

You enter the bottom of the base and a large door opens. A massive beast with the head of a lion roars at you. His tense muscles flex and- and. And she just killed it. With a single swipe of her blade the beast gets torn to pieces in front of you. Is it just me or is she sort of OP? Asmodeus sighs and taps the dagger against her neck in thought. “But the prize is never what you expect, is it?” She wonders.

“Oi, maybe the prize at the bottom wasn’t fun, but we had a blast, right?” You ask.

Asmodeus seems to think on it for a moment then nods. “You’re sweet.” She notes.

She fades, and with an unnatural speed she is already in front of you. She leans down before you can flee and locks lips with you. You twitch as raw [Lust] slams against your [Delight] stronger than you have ever felt. You try to push her off but she is too strong. You spasm a little, then slump down, focusing on your own grace to protect you from her insanity inducing embrace. You think you see the symbol for a 100 hit combo flash above your head when her tongue slips in your mouth but that could also be a sign of your schizophrenia. She finally lets you go and you fall to the ground. “Such a darling, really. Well, I suppose you’re right. Say, aren’t you going to get that?” She asks.

“Huh?” You reply like the clever person you are.

Dimly, as your senses are still shot, you recognize the cell phone in your pants is ringing. Seems Mendel heard about her base getting sacked and wants to ask you what the fuck man. Then again, talking with her just makes you angry. What should you do?

“Asmodeus? Our records show she was crippled in the battle against Michael a few seconds after creation. Very interesting. Well, since you were such a dear, I don’t mind telling you I rigged the base to explode.” She says calmly.

“What? Why?” You ask

“Because I am the best of both worlds, good guy and bad guy. Might want to run.” Mendel say.

You hear claxons blare out though the base and swear. Asmodeus is nowhere to be seen, so you sonido out of the base and see something that makes your skin crawl. Gabriel is laying in a pile of rubble with a small trickle of blood oozing from his mouth. Asmodeus is standing, amused while spinning her dagger between her fingers.

Gabriel stands then pulls out a ram’s horn of some sort. He tries to blow on it but Asmodeus does that weird fading thing and slashes him from all directions. He falls to the ground spitting blood, making Asmodeus smile wide. “Kiss it. If you do little brother I don’t mind forgiving you.” She offers.

“S-Sister you are sick.” He says.

“Perhaps.” Asmodeus nods. “But I rather like my illness.”

Gabriel swings up with his horn while Asmodeus swings down, the clash of grace between these two monsters of raw energy makes your spine tingle. You throw out a zero and charge at the pair your mouth becoming too wide for your face and filling with row after row of sharp teeth.

Of course, your lust for battle makes you forget about the base. There is a beeping sound, then the ground around you explodes with the accumulated knowledge of all of humanity. Ah, we do need to focus a bit better, don’t we?

It sounds cool, but we barely have any swordsmanship and mostly fight with reality-breaking laser punches. We're even developing our own martial-arts based off old one shapeshifting. Plus, the more points we put into cheaper powers the longer it will take us to hit the really cool ones like Revelation.

I like weird and cool powers, but I also like powers that synergize. I was the lone voter for Surge today, because I thought that Surge would work well with almost all our current abilities, and will work with future ones like Revelations (I'm not sore about this, I just think it makes a good example. Another one would be Wonderland vs Masochism). We could put points into ride the wave, but we already have Dreamwalk and angel wings, and we could put points into MSSA, but we don't use weapons to begin with. And the upgrades they unlock will be related to the base powers, so it'd be more abilities based off the swordsmanship we don't have. I'd personally rather sink more points into bigger lasers and more shapeshifting shenanigans.

Well, actually I'd REALLY prefer more fatebreaker-based powers but we need more fatebreakers back first.
