Given that there are... 13 threads, I'll save that for next. This and a Shadowrun campaign is eating enough of my schedule from college already. Rest assured, I'll review it, just not right away.

"Driver! Foreward!" You shout, kicking the back of the drivers seat to punctuate it. You turn to the loader. "Load armor piercing!" From there your eyes are glued to the commander's forward periscope. Your gunner is experienced- she knows what you're going for as the panzer kicks into gear and tears towards the French armor.

As you start, the Somua fires- but she wasn't ready for the sudden movement and the 47mm round goes wide and it skips off the side of the turret with a loud thump. That was incredibly lucky- you do not mean to test that luck again.

The loader slams a 75mm round home. "Up!" She squeaks before throwing herself out of the way of the breech.

"Wait for it..." You say, as the P.40 charges towards Somua. "Wait..." You says, keeping yourself calm. The Somua gets closer and closer. The Somua, no doubt sure of your intent to ram her, begins moving. Not fast enough. "Hard left!" You yell at the last second, the P.40 slips around behind the moving Somua.

You've got a perfect shot at the tank's soft rear armor. Your gunner doesn't need an order. "Firing!" She calls, as she squeezes the trigger. With a loud crash the rear of the Somua erupts in flame and smoke, a small white flag flying from its turret.

Almost before the last fragments of the Somua hit the ground, your driver is already pulling the Panzer back into the forest. You pop the commander's hatch and stand up. You wave at Hina's group, calling them to follow you into the forest. As you watch, though, only Hina's 100/25 and one of the 75/46's are mobile.

As her SPG pulls up alongside yours in the cover of the forest, Hina throws open the hatch. "Our compliments to your gunner." She says, with a salute.

You salute back. "Where's Pesto?" You ask, asking for the second 75/46's commander.

Hina shakes her head. "Taken out as we came up out of the river." She shakes off the loss. "They don't have much left- what's the plan?"

Myself, I'm fine losing a turret if I get a bigger gun on a smaller tank, so this is just fine and dandy.
The T-60... if you like auto cannons, it's decent, sure. But, if you are looking for a Soviet/Russian light tank, get a T-70/80. its faster, better armored, and has a 45mm gun.
If you want a big armored Car, I'd look at the list of British ones over on Wikipedia. They've got plenty to choose from. Or, if you like your Schteel German, get a Sdkfz.

Trap und Panzer ran one thread, then nuked his twitter for it.
Alas.

"Go! Get in close!" A gun that big has awesome firepower, but on a panzer that old, they're going to have trouble traversing the turret and dropping the sights low enough to hit you if you get close. As your panzer springs into a clearing highlighted by a small road, the turret is already lagging behind. The extra weight of the massive cannon would probably strain the turret motors, even without the heavy cast turret.

"Got a shot!" You gunner calls from in front of you. "Fire?"

"Fire!" Its thickly armored, but you're close- you might get lucky. She pulls the trigger and the 75mm thunders, the shell exploding against the 2C's side before bouncing off at an upward angle- a few seconds later the internal charge triggers to prevent the round from travelling out of the match area like a mini-artillery shell.

"Missed!" You call. "Reload!" Another 75mm shell from the 75/46 explodes against the thick cast steel of the 2C's turret. Then the beast begins to move again, turning itself side-on to allow the rear turret to fire at the other two tanks. It's going slowly enough that you've got time for one more shot.

"Up!" The loader yells, pushing back away from the breach.

"Ready to fire!" The gunner says loudly.

"Wait..." You wait just a second, allowing your little P.40 to get alongside the beside- broadside against what you hope is its thinnest armor. "Fire!"

The 75mm cannon fires nearly point-blank into the side of the 2C and, a moment later a second 105mm shell impacts the other side. The great machine shudders and finally quits- a white flag appears above its turret.

"Avante Anzio!" You cheer! "Great job!" You clap your hand down on the gunner's shoulder.

And I liked how LGA ended--nice little ribbon wrapped around the ending and Trudy got both best girls in the end. I just don't think that this quest is going to be grabbing any of that one's viewership, so we're still just trucking along slower than a fat cat walking uphill.

I was only into it for shenanigan potential.

I'm still a little weepy about LGA, the end was nice. The player crossover between here and there was small.
The slow pace is fine. The inconsistent running days (which I TOTALLY understand BJ, life is life) frustrates me, but the big pain is my local time gives it an 8pm start. Its 3am here.

If there's on thing I've liked about its quest, it's this quest's constancy. I mean yeah, it's at "Yes, we're still on Namek" levels of plot movement--and yes, that is probably this quest's main problem--, but the schedule's consistency and small summaries make it a better quest to catch up on than most.

The only times I really felt a lot of shitflinging in LGA were either moments of sperging over tanks or the waifu wars--everything else was just gravy.

Sometimes I wish that this quest could just have as active of a readerbase and push a thread over autosage like the earliest threads--I've noticed quite a few of the previous threads could barely manage to get even halfway to autosage.
