Why do you think you have 4 Charisma. Joking aside, it's a flaw that came with being Anubian, and you'll be gaining flaws as the character develops based on your actions. Usually you take flaws at the start, but I don't have a list yet, so that would be lengthy trying to reach consensus. No ass powers for now.

By the way, Charisma is being changed to Charm. Unity of Form. I had it listed down as 'Force' as in 'of personality', but Charm is just better. I'll meat up the sheet with the calculations by next thread, so people can see how shit works.
