As you run along the way behind Aintza, you are able to toss out the occasional flirty line as well as being polite. Which you digest and go through like a hungry man who hasn't seen food in ages and just stumbled upon an all you can eat buffet.

"All our work- will not have been in vain." You hear Harribel say in a voice.

"Harribel, what were you planning, this is a bit out of the way for you is it not?" Aintza asks. "It is, I was just passing through, but if you wish I will stay for a visit." Harribel says to Aintza then looking to you, then back to Aintza. "That would be most wonderful, I do miss how you used to visit more often." Aintza says in a formal tone. "Aintza" Harribel asks in a passive tone. "Tell me, why did you go to the soul society?" She asks. "I went to get my bell." Aintza replies. "You were able to retrieve it?" Harribel asks in a surprised tone "They sent arrancar after you!" She says. "And Aizen helped me retrieve the bell after much work." Aintza says sitting down and motioning for you to as well. "He gets us food from the world of the living, it taste better than eating other hollows all the time and he has an ability to store massive amounts of reishi in his body, but the trade off is that he stores it in fat." "Do you know where he is going?" You ask as you go back to the book after making eye contact and smiling at them both again. "Sweden. We think that he is a hollow that has maintained his memories of his life. He also mentions frequently that Hueco Mundo needs a proper king, not some peasant masquerading as a king." Aintza says in a mocking fashion in a voice identical to Carol, causing Tier to laugh, you do so also.

You walk out of the bathroom. To Aintza sitting up in the bed, who looks exceptionally frumpy. Tier is still sleeping. And she is cuddled up next to Aintza. Aintza quirks her head. "You look nice." She says as you walk out. "Hmm?" You say. "Your hair looks nicer slicked back without the glasses, and you look-- fierce." You look confused. You left your glasses on the nearby nightstand. Well, it's better you look not fierce with most people. But out here it's good.

"I was going to practice my zanpakto then explore the palace." You say to her causing her to smile and yawn. "I will help you practice." She says. "Though I don't fight with a sword that often." She says, then nudges Tier "Wake up sleepy." She says in a tone that forces a smile out of you. Tier wakes up and looks at you, her eyes widen "You look nice." Tier says. Aintza tussles her hair and gets out of the bed. After what seems like an hour, you and the girls walk to what looks like something you are more used to, a sparring dojo.

"Honestly Aizen, you are a bit slow." Aintza says. "We can help you work on speed." Tier says. You look down at your zanpakto, you were looking to practice.

Honestly, even if you know what it does, it's not like you can defend against Kyouka Suigetsu short of intentionally blinding yourself, and then you're still fighting blind.

Actually, if you know before you are enspelled you might figure out some sort of Kido Sight ability that would allow you to fight at full ability without technically ever seeing his blade.
I kept waiting for Urahara to use something similar on Ichigo.

It's more that you need to see Kyouka Suigetsu in order to be caught. I'm just saying that even if you were to jam your thumbs straight into your eyes to avoid getting caught in the first place, you wouldn't accomplish much because it's either fighting blind, or fighting against someone with a complete monopoly on how you perceive the world.

Aintza nods and the two go out of the room. You unsheathe your shikai. Your zanpakto, feels a bit angry. You can chat with him about it later. You release your zanpakto, and you feel it's anger, but it feels more powerful some how. "You lazy ass." You say. "You actually have to block and defend. I know you don't like to fight fair. But let's do this anyway." It seems less angry as the ladies come in.

"Aizen. After this, we are going to show you what we think the Lion is looking for." Aintza says. "And I will help reveal more of your destiny." She says. "Come at me with everything you got."

You dart towards her and she darts at you. She then at the last possible second changes direction and fires a Cero at you "ESCUDO!" You shout out as you block the Cero. "Escudo? Who in the world taught you that?" She asks, "My captain, she is pretty amazing." You then extend then charge at her again and she attacks you with what looks like some sword of sword of similar energy Escudo is made out of. You catch it with Jitte that you remembered "Kongbaku" You say smiling at her and the sword is shattered as she is knocked back. You run towards her with your shikai and make a short cut towards her and you get knocked back. "Milion Escudo" She says "So your captain is a woman? Is she as amazing as me?" She asks as she comes at you swinging with her sword which you parry with your jitte and then tap her with your sword. "No. Not as amazing as you." You say leaping back.

You repeat this almost dance like motion parry, block, kido, swing but you feel like your getting faster. Finally you both stop after about an hour. "You are good Sosuke. You are a gifted fighter. But I am not good at sword play." She says then tapping Tier on the shoulder. "I have never lost a sword fight." she says walking up.

You are Sosuke Aizen. And today looks pretty damn good.
