Your name is Mitsuzane Kureshima, the younger brother to Takatora Kureshima. You are also starting to gain an Armored Rider identity, in the Chinese-styled armor of Ryugen. Up until recently, you had been participating in the Inves games as a competitor alongside Kouta, Armored Rider Gaim. But as Kouta's become the team's frontman, you've been tasked with another job:

Find out all you can about the workings of Yggdrasil, and hopefully get to the truth about this entire situation.

Whether it was luck, however, or fate, you did manage to find one of those Cracks between the real world, and it led you extremely close to where you managed to see men in full-covering jumpsuits and gas masks. The Yggdrasil Corporation logo emblazoned on their backs, and... drivers? On their waists?

It turned out to be a makeshift (even for Yggdrasil) camp, set up with scientific equipment that you had no idea what they did. It certainly looked com--

And so is Erina. And if you weren't mistaken, she was wearing Rider armor as well... and some kind of new device on her belt, that doesn't look like your typical Sengoku Driver. A fancy green-colored lockseed was hanging off of it, but it was open in a really strange way.

You try to get a better peek, but Erina notices you even with her visor on. Her head immediately turns to you and stares you dead on, and you don't have to think twice before getting out of sight before any other questions are raised about what she's staring at.

But now, you're left with even more questions. Why is Erina wearing a Rider suit? Why is Takatora and that man with the weird colored hair monitoring her?

Also, after the contest they were mostly focused on other things. It was actually just a distraction for Takatora so that Kouta could sneak into Yggdrasil's camp, so that lead to a bunch of reveals that kept him and Micchy busy. Oren didn't really care about Lockseeds, he just liked the contest. Jounoichi was busy trying to get stronger after realizing how shit the Donguri Lockseed was. And Hase's Driver had been destroyed fighting Takatora, so he was just wandering around all depressed. Poor guy, the universe just seems to hate him. The only one still harvesting Lockseeds was Kaito, and he seemed to do that more for fun than any desire to use them. I think he just got collector's fever.
