You activate your mental palace as you walk up to nel, and you are given a few books by your zanpakto-- who is smiling. "Neliel, I know that Barrigan is an extremely powerful being, and now you are incredibly powerful too." You say. "I will not pressure you to stay here, but if you wish, we will help you and take care of you and your friends and allies while you are with us." You say to her. At this she smiles. "If you wish to help me and my friends, I will be fine with this arrangement. I will stay and help you, if you are willing to help me." She says. This makes you smile as you go through the books that you have on the subject of hell.

So far, summoning the portal to hell seems to not be that tricky. The problem is getting out. It takes a being extremely powerful just to get out, then there are the guardians of hell, which are more powerful than anything you have heard of, and that is just in the sector you know of. There are more uncharted regions of hell, some of which are only mentioned in Iago's journal. Finally, and most worrisome- residents of hell are absurdly powerful there, and can warp reality itself. Whoever is going with you- needs to be powerful. So you turn to your new friends.

You walk up to neliel. You smile and ask "What on earth brought you out here? How did someone as beautiful as they are powerful get captured?" You ask. She turns her head down and blushes. "Actually I didn't get captured. Barrigan traded me for this so that the Lion would leave him out of any conquests in the future." She says in a sullen voice. "I wanted to avoid blood shed so I chose to go along with it." She says looking up at you. Well, that is a confirmation that Barrigan is a dick. You talk for a few more minutes and walk over to Grimmjow.

You and Grimmjow find out that you have a lot in common. Grimmjow seeks to become more powerful, as do you, and you both seem to enjoy various martial pursuits. Though Grimmjow seems a bit on the angry side, he seems glad to be an arrancar, and more powerful than a vasto lorde. "You have granted me greater power than I have dreamed Aizen. I owe you, and I will fight for you to prove I deserve this power,and that I can become stronger than others." He seems very interested in going with you to hell, mostly to prove himself.

Cirucci seems extremely interested in you. You talk to her for quite some time at length, and do quite a bit of flirting. She seems to be excited in testing out her new powers and abilites. Though it seems like she seems a bit upset about losing her classical hollow form. She also seems to have an interest in learning.

"So Amigo" Arturo says as you finish talking, "What is your plans for going to hell? I am very interested in seeing what it is you plan to do about Lilith." He asks. "What do you know about her?" You ask. "She is never to be trusted. Her more famous title is the betrayer, and she has almost no allies. Most of the fallen and demons do not trust her." He says. You nod. "How powerful will she be in hell?" You ask.

You go to a corner and begin to meditate. When you enter your mental palace, which happens much quicker now. You notice something. Another presence. "Aizen Sosuke, please allow me to introduce you to Jikan Kiba!" Your zanpakto spirit Kyoka Suigetsu says. And a woman no taller than lillyinette appears with long teal pony tails. She has a clock she is carrying along with a pendulum. "Hi!" She says in a cheery mood. "That is an interesting clock you have!" You point out as you grab some of the books that look powerful Kido. Your zanpakto is smiling. "Show him what you can do." He says. She smiles as your zanpakto does a quick stab move and she counters it quickly. your zanpakto goes for another stab and she grins briefly, as the clock apparently goes back a little bit, and the same attack from earlier is mimicked only your new Zanpakto is behind your old one. The choreography stops. "I can manipulate time! Well, not too much, but I can copy an attack made against me, and I can move to positions I was previously in so long as I make contact with the opponent! I can also move back or forward a few seconds now, but I can probably do more with some practice!" She says excitedly.

This is exciting. You look at the books on Kido and you notice something, one of the chapters changes patterns suddenly in context and syntax. As well calligraphy. The chapter has a code in it. You heard rumors, about a hidden school of kido that only the Kido Corps is taught, this book looks like it could contain it. It will take some time to decode it.

You get to work on decoding the book. Jikan Kiba pops up next to you. "So what are you reading?" She says in a playful tone. "I am reading a book on kido, but the problem is it's in a cypher. Fortunately, I am familiar with it." You say to her.

The End cypher says "Urahadou: The hidden path. Only known by seated officers of the Kido corps, the zero squad, and the hidden house who know the ways. If you are reading this, you are one of those. These Kido are exceptionally powerful, and exceptionally rare for purpose to use. Only the most powerful can even attempt to use these encantations. " It then goes on with 200 other forms of Kido. You think, with great practice and a good teacher you can learn these forms.

You put the book down and go over the journal. Again. And Again. In it you find that Lilith's circle, is one of the most frequently traveled to, but one very few have returned to. Going in usually leaves to a fate unknown, as those who have survived have never recorded what happens in her circle. The only response from the survivors is that it is a truly depraved circle and that madness follows. Lilith does have several enemies in hell, one of them named Baal and another named Reyon.

You look at your zanpakto, Jikan Kiba "How about you and I practice a little bit?" You ask causing your Zanpakto to nod. "I will help design a scenario" He says. Jikan Kiba walks happily towards a little training arena that Kyoka Suigetsu has created.

You see fire. Your Zanpakto isn't able to really block it, so she avoids it. The fire roars and flares like nothing you have ever seen or heard of. It feels like you are in the center of an explosion. The fire goes out and your zanpakto changes briefly to bankai form and puts out the fire and changes the environment around causing it to stop. Your Zanpakto- looks surprised, a rarity for that has become more common lately. "Holy shit." He says. Your new Zanpakto looks surprised.

"Right. Let's just stick to the basics." You say to your new zanpakto. For a good hour you learn her abilities and train with her.

You go back to the kido book, you decide to decrypt the whole thing, and write it down in standard format. You then look at it and put it wit your other books. "Lets do that again." You say in a calm tone. Your Zanpakto looks at you and in a very calm tone says. "I am not sure your continued practice of those kido is best for in here. Granted, it's probably the only effective kido in hell. But the only one who could probably help you is Captain Hikafune." He says. "True, but I am not sure if the Arrancar want me shooting gigantic fire balls at them." You say. He nods.

You take up the same stance. Your zanpakto comes at you using similar techniques. You breath in
"Stars in the sky hear my song" You utter, your voice in a song like way. The tone changes in combat, your Zanpakto comes at you as the wind changes direction Urahadou: Dai go no michi Chitansutāfōru. What look like several stylized meteors fall and hit- blank space and go through. Your Zanpakto who is now behind you smiles mischievously. And now there are several meteors heading directly at you. Good thing you don't suck at flash step. You dodge the meteors which sear the air around you and have bursts of plasma behind them, which then turn into a larger bigger meteor- which comes directly at you. You step out of the way and quickly tap your zanpakto on the shoulder. As you do, a large explosion once again engulfs your mental palace..

The Arrancar do as much, but not Arturo who stands behind you directly.

You line up at a stance and you start the incantation.
The air itself around you fills with pressure and the ground trembles in terror.
"Urahado San No Dou Teppu Usatsu!" And you create what looks like a giant dragon out of the air around you. That proceeds to topple the wall and the rest of the palace in front of you. In fact it starts doing structural damage as the palace starts to shake. It seems like the sky itself is trembling. "Bueno" Arturo says at the palace starts to collapse. "I think Lilith has reason to be afraid. Though, I think there are better ways to redecorate no?"

Cirruci then takes your lead and runs over to a scroll rack and begins piling them up in her arms. Starrk and Aintza do as you do, and Ulquiorra begins grabbing as many books as possible at quick speeds. Tier and Appaci begin to move about grabbing whatever as Sun Sun and Mila Rose star some commentary, as they grab various treasures, Sun Sun grabbing what looks like a very nice ottoman. Coyote moves about and grabs as much as he can while Grimmjow casually picks up a lone little red book. Arturo chuckles "Any school in Hueco Mundo would be welcome!" He says as he grabs a few other items on the ground. The Arrancar then dive outside as the castle slowly collapses. A symbol of tyranny falls to the ground in a violent matter with several hollows fleeing from it.

"It's better like this, isn't it." Arturo says with a chuckle that Aintza then follows with. You find yourself laughing a little too, namely that the eyesore is finally gone. "It certainly isn't worse." You follow up with. "Come Amigos, I know a place nearby for us." He says pointing in the distance. "Wait- lets see what we found first." Ulquiorra says. Arturo pauses and studies the pile. "Good idea. Aizen, shall we divide the loot equally?" He asks. "We all worked on this. We shall all have equal claim, but I wish to look at the books first to discern them." You say. To that everyone nods. So Aizen what to look at first and how to divvy up the treasure?

As you you sit down on a nice Ottoman that Mila Rose found, you notice your zanpakto looking with eyes wide at the little red book Grimmjow has taken to reading. "Hey, umm Aizen, I can't read this, but it looks important." He says tossing the book to you which you catch.

It's the cypher from family. You pour over the book going through it quickly. You instinctively decode it. Then you see something that worries you. The face of your great grandfather. You only recognize it from your grandfathers house, but what the hell is this book doing in Hueco mundo? You find interesting information throughout the book, useful information on kido and advanced fighting techniques. You then put down the book and start reading the others. "Keep what you feel is fair to yourselves." You say. This actually causes quite a bit of excitement. "What about you sosuke?" Starrk asks. "My treasure is knowledge." You say. "Though in truth this Ottoman I may keep." You say smiling.

That code- and this book allows you to understand things about the soul society no normal soul reaper could ever dream of." He says. "In this tiny little book, are the secrets of the soul society. "Ladies, I will miss you both dearly when I am gone in Hell." You say. Aintza blushes. "Maybe I knew you in a previous life Aizen, for the time we have been together feels so much longer." She says. You smile at her. "Hold down the fort for me. Don't do any major redecorating without me." You say smiling. Tier looks up at you and hugs you around the neck. She just looks at you briefly "Do your best. I don't want to lose anymore friends." She says. You nod and after a kiss for good luck from them both you walk down the stairs.

Grimmjow seems to be actually planning some strategy with Coyote. You come up. "Grimmjow." You say as he looks at you still apparently upset. "You and Coyote are in charge of the defenses. For this. You need more power." You say. You pull out the orb from your sleeve and you will out the forge and the hammer. You then pull out some of the items from the pile that were left. You exert power from the orb into it as you hit the items with a hammer. At this, Grimmjow's eyes grow with awe. You step back a bit. "I have empowered the anvil briefly, Make what you think is right. I am counting on you- you are strong and clearly an able combatant. Make arms, make armor, but take what is from my share to forge it." You say. Grimmjow looks at you. "I don't understand." Grimmjow says and you put up your hand. "Hold the line."

Grimmjow then looks at you and nods solemnly. "You and Coyote are strong, if anything gets into hell it will cause more problems than we can counter. We only have a limited time down there." He then gives you an earnest smile. "I will make sure they don't get through." Coyote then looks at you, then at Grimmjow. He nods in approval.

You then sit down and unsheathe your zanpaktos. You then manifest in your mental palace. "That is one way to make a friend." Your zanpakto says. "I need some last minute information on fighting in hell, anything that would be useful." He then looks at you and points the orb glowing on the table. "You can empower your orb with the souls of the damned. And if you are feeling frisky a guardian too." he says. "The orb needs tons of power for it to do what it does best. The only way- just like everything else is souls." He says. "The more powerful the better. Or objects imbued with spiritual pressure." He says. "Like the Sōkyoku?" You ask. Your zanpakto nods. "Though that would be extreme. It also seems like the orb can adapt, for example it would get stronger as the situation changes." Your zanpakto says. "So we would need to make an extremely powerful opponent." You say causing him to nod. "So I guess gathering reishi and specimens from hell is a good start." You say and he nods. "Also this should concern you." Your zanpakto says tossing the glowing book to you. "Lilith like all other fallen, have multiple forms. Her final form, well it will severely alter reality. You may need to stay in bankai an extended period of time just to be able to combat her." He says. "And your going to need all the help from me you can get!" Jikan Kiba says smiling giving a thumbs up. "She doesn't know about me yet." She says, which is extremely accurate.

My personal suggestion:
Commander in Chief/King: Aizen
Regent and "Queen" of Hueco: Aintza (Runs the show when we aren't around, is the public ruler for the masses, so random hollows don't know a soul reaper is in charge of the place)
Espada: Similar to canon, analogous to captains. Each leads a company
Fraccon: Seated officer equivalents
Numeros: Grunts
Now, since our Azien isn't an asshole, we won't need the Equias, or the Priveron Espada. So I came up with my proposed major change:
Punal: Strong arrancar that either aren't interested in or suited to a command position. Formed into a special squad for high level combat

You have the four coming with you hold your hands. Arturo seems a little unsure of it, but does it anyways. Starkk looks at you. "Do you know this will work." He asks. "For me, dear friend, the gates will open."

You begin chanting loudly, the timbre of your voices changes as many of the hollows around you actually start to act flustered from it. The last few words of the chant are not so much latin as they are guttural noises and growling "Benedicite ignis, et tenebrae lux ad umbram congregabo me pedestal caelum et aperire portas mortis"

And the sky cracks with a beam of light the color of sulfur. A shockwave cracks and thunders outward causing the ground to shudder and shake as waves go out from the ground. many, but not all of the hollows that weren't going with you and holding your hand are knocked down. The gates of hell appear, and a beam of pure darkness shoots up the yellow pillar of light. As the gate itself opens a wretched smell eeks out that causes everyone not holding your hands to cough until Aintza utters something and causes a wind to blow it away. You look at Grimmjow and nod. He begins working on creating things with the forge.

Before you step into hell any last words? This could be important.

"What could go wrong?" You say looking back at Aintza. She smiles at you as and the other four jump into hell, which does not at all look like fire and or brimstone. It is a series of rectangular columns and stones. "I'd say this place is a hellhole, but at that rate I might as well say that water is wet." Arturo says as your group lands on a floating platform. You pull out a map illusion and create it quickly from reishi.

The Reiatsu here is strange, and strangling. It allows for you to create things easier, but other things do not seem so simple. "Anything less powerful than us would likely go crazy from how the energy is here." Ulquiorra points out. "According to the map, we have many different layers of hell to go through. I can collect some samples, but the farthest shinigami have explored to is the fifth level. We need to go to the ninth layer, which has nine circles. And then we have to go to the ninth circle of that layer." You say. Starrk then looks at you. "Uhh Aizen, what about those guys?" He says pointing to the giant floating creatures that look extremely powerful and extremely eager to destroy things.

"I have a much better plan for collecting samples." You then unsheathe your zanpakto in view of the individuals, who are looking in your direction. You then quickly flash step to along side their platform, while hovering in the air. You hold out the orb and the figures look at the area you are at. And in a disturbing fashion they start screaming and run straight into you. Which you use to your advantage when you touch them with the orb. The power you unleash is terrifying, and it causes the air around you to tremble when you gather them up.

You smile at this as your four friends come down. "What was that?" Neliel asks. "A trick of the light. And a mercy." You say as the orb pulses with a power unlike before. These damned souls, are not good for repopulation of hueco mundo- but something tells you that using them in your orb is a really good idea.

"So where to next." Lillyinette says excitedly. You see the entrance to the second level of hell in the distance. However, there may be some wildlife here other than the guardians. You think. You also think that you might be able to use the orb on one of hell's guardians, but it would probably piss off several of them and get the attention of demons, fallen, oni, and other nightmarish figures that you don't want to piss off except as a distraction.
