Now that you were free, you scan your immediate surroundings. Of course, the other girls were all sleeping in a ring around you, so you'd have to negotiate your way out of here.

You pause when you hear the unfamiliar sound of a kitten purring. You slowly turn to see a black kitten on the nearby table. How the hell did it get there?

Julie is already sorting the order in which she'd watch all those cheesy cop action flicks, while Melissa tests to see if the cosmetic shell would fit over her arm. Morgan meanwhile was cuddling her new teddy bear in one arm and Loki in the other. That kitten purred loudly and rubbed its head against Morgan's cheek, causing her to giggle.

You get the distinct feeling that cat will be nothing but trouble for you.

Sparky and Falynn both compare the brand new toolsets they got, and then get into a debate over whether an augmetic eye or a fusion battery were better gifts.

Rin's already put her new earrings on, checks her other "present", blushes, and quietly hides them away in her bag. Niko just looks at her new guitar and katana in awe. You get the feeling she's trying to figure out how to combine them into some freakish katanguitar or something.

Finally, Himawari opens the box containing her presents, flushes red, and quietly closes the box again.

"I don't don't suppose Santa left anything for me?" Jenner asks, trying to sound innocent.
