You know, I haven't seen Ms stone in awhile, I may be able to learn something from her, no matter how doubtful that is, I mean I can already make something that could kill a man and his whole family in a matter of moments. But then again she's a real joy to talk to, so I'll just go there anyways. Besides, I need to get out more anyways. I throw my hoodie on and throw the hood up as I walk out the door and lock it behind me, don't want anyone peeking on my Maria after all. I walk down the halls and down the stairs, I notice there aren't many students out and about in the dorms, so they're either asleep or at classes right now.

I open the doors and step outside, shielding my eyes until they adjust to the sudden light they're assaulted by. I snarl and keep walking, Noticing that people actively try to avoid me now, and some girls give me some rather mean looks that fade the second I turn towards them. Cowards, not worth my time really.

I walk to the beach and take a moment to enjoy the wonderful sea air, and the noise of the waves slowly sloshing back and forth, it's almost melodic really. I shake my head, no time to be distracted by waves, I need to get to class. I walk up the wooden walk way and open the door.

I see Ms stone sitting by the table, her unnatural grey hair wild and hanging in front of her face like weeds. She doesn't bother to turn towards me.

"Classes start in a few minutes" She says "Now would you kindly close the door, you're letting the cold in". I close the door behind me, and notice a scent and warmth to the room. It's actually lit for once, by candles...lilac scented candles. Also it seems warmer than usual. I look around and see the windows seem to have been fixed and are covered by thick red curtains.

I sit down across from Ms stone and notice she's drinking some tea, which seems to have gone cold

"Did I say you could sit?" She asks

"You seem to think I would listen if you said I couldn't" I say

"Fine, I'll look at your bloody notes then" I sigh as I get up, placing her empty tea cup back in front of her, before I head over to the a table covered in various papers and pens, as well as crumbs from what looks like those cookies she gave me those one times. I look at the notes, they're covered in scrawling writing and diagrams of various parts of the body. They seem to be recipes, but looking at them hurts my eyes more than that dammed spell book.

Also one more things disturbs me, a large amount of the recipes I see require vampires blood, but most of these ones have "Failure" Scrawled on the top of them

in fact all of them do, it seems like she's trying to figure out how to use it in poisons, but seems to be failing for some reason or another. The most recent note has this scrawled on the side "The blood needs to be heated and slightly weakened by some other liquid maybe the blood of something else or water to work in any form of poison or anything similar"

You know, I have a feeling I know why Ms stone suddenly decided to get curtains. I think she died, like I did, by feeding on my property, which I wouldn't be mad about if she actually asked me first. I sigh and walk over to the basement, opening to door with the key hidden in the vase and walking down into the dimly lit stairwell and into Clementine's room.

She's chained to the wall as usual, She looks up at me as I enter the room, she smiles slightly as I do so.

"May want to sleep" I say "going to be a long trip". She nods as I place my head into my arms and close my eyes.

I awaken to the smell of rotting fish and saddness, the smell of brausrburge. I stand up, stretching as I walk out of the ship, Clementine follow shortly behind me

"Now try and go easy on the new girlie, okay Layla?" Georgy says as he leans back into a chair, rifle by his side and a case of beers to his other

I nod and walk down the pier and onto the beach. I walk up the rotting stair case and up onto the the cliff, the house now having lights inside of it and smoke in it's chimney once more

"Come on" I say as I begin to walk to the town of Brausrburge. Clementine follows after me, looking around but not saying a word as she mutters something under her breath, stopping for a moment before running to catch up to me.
it isn't long before we reach the edge of the town, oh it seems they've gotten a new signs, and the buildings seem to be repainted and as a whole I see a lot more people milling about.
I smile and walk in, clementine following after me closely, looking a bit twitchy as she does so.

"AH Countess, vhere have you been lately?" I hear a familiar voice say as wallus and his owner walk up to me, smiling widely.

"Oh you know, this and that, the town looks nice by the way" I say smiling

"Vell with the money you sent ve've been able to rebuild and get many comforts of modern living" he says

"And the statue" I say as I stare up at Wallus

"Finished and place, I've heard there was a break into to your castle, actually" He say

"Really, did you kill whoever did it?" I ask.

I nearly let out a cheer as I see the statue of Maria in all it's glory, looking almost as lovely as the real thing, Clementine looks confused as I restrain myself from leaping into it's large stone arms

"Okay?" She says "is this all you wanted to show me or what?"

Well if I'd look anywhere, it'd have to be my throne room, since I don't know where anything else is in this damn place, it's too big, way too many rooms and corridors and random suits of armor. I walk past a few servants on the way there, having to drag Clementine away from them as I go. After a while, a few minutes at most, we end up at the great iron doors to the throne room, I push them open and step inside.

Nothing seems out of the ordinary here, besides the fact the place is a lot more friendly looking than the last time I was here.

Clementine refuses to enter the room. I look around and....why is there a door there?

"Well we have to do it, don't we?" she says smiling. I shake my head, she frowns

Unless Layla goes from semi magical vampire to full out Alucard tier monstrosity unlikely, Elizabeth hunts chaos monster(Layla got her orb from one Her and Maria killed) and fallen magicals girls. Right Now Layla is classified as a demihuman/witch not a monster. Unless Layla get really out of hand or goes full chaos she won't show up unless Layla attacks her.
