Literally all of these are thinks we need, except with a flaw that renders them utterly useless.

Bleached Mind would allow us to tear away the memories of our conversation with Yonsul, except we will remember having used a power to tear away parts of our mind, making it obvious we hid something.

Firstly, yes I am listening and I will be making changes to the powers offered.

I do not believe there to be any way to make all powers equally useful, and whilst I plan on having some powers be better than others, if players want me to balance them as much as possible, I will do what I can.

I’m not trying to screw over the players or trap you into impossible choices, I’m trying to represent the themes of the Five as best I can, I welcome suggestions for powers they might offer.

The default *hide mutations* power will always stipulate *unless the mutation is in use*, this is because hiding such physical mutations involves retracting them, shapeshifting them away etc. They need to be *out* to be used. I suppose an invisibility-based power could hide mutations and still allow you to use them, but someone touching you might notice the mutation. I added *hide mutations* power that is weaker than Seduction because it seemed players main objections to Seduction was some of its extras, I thought players wanted a clean stealth power.

As always I welcome feedback and will end the thread in an update or two, and then hang around to answer questions.

Remove the "shows up in reflective surfaces" part from the Clouded Reflection. It doesn't even make sense that a gift given by a god of mirrors would fail in mirrors. It should work better on those if anything. Not show up in reflective surfaces at all, maybe, but that isn't even necessary.

As for Bleached Mind. Remove the "you remember having hidden it". Rather make us hide the memory in a piece of reflective material a mirror or what and otherwise forget about it altogether.

Perhaps you could expand "Bleached Mind" into "Shattered Mind"?

Expand it out so we can split our mind and memories to hide them in mirrors, this works both instantly(To divert telepathy and fellowship skills) to the mirror closest to us. While doing it in a more relaxed environment allows us to surgically cut memories and parts of our mind (Including the fact we removed it) to a mirror we're channeling it onto. The larger the mirror the more we can store it on, although the mirror itself displays reflections of the memories placed upon it and allows anyone to experience the memories upon touch

Clouded Reflection
None of your Gifts with obvious physical effects show on your form unless you are using them or wish them to show. This Gift does not have higher ranks, sufficiently powerful magic can pierce this disguise.

Bleached Mind
You may remove memories from your mind and hide them in glass or other reflective objects. You are not aware that the memory exists unless you look at the glass (or object) – though you may recall that the glass or object is important to you and that you do not want to lose it. You may fully recover the memory from the glass or object at any time whilst looking at it and you automatically fully recover the memory if the glass or object is destroyed. Powerful magic can be used to extract the memory from the glass or object but the memory cannot be read from your mind whilst held in the object (unless you are looking at it whilst your mind is being read)

I believe it wasn't taken due to its obvious physical appearance, but does anyone have any objection to or modifications/suggestions for this power?

Focusing on melee makes no real sense to me at this point, she is competent in melee, but she is no master, even with her mundane means.
I can understand the allure of tentacles, but I see no great benefit in changing our combat focus fully on melee, when we got so much range ability.

Not really shit. We are about as good with them as with melee combat actually. We got Ranged Combat 2. And a lot of bonuses to ranged combat work for both, except long arms and sniper.

Those two have at least synergy, in difference to melee.
