You keep pressing up to the office. Oddly enough, there were no guards to bar your way. The entire path seemed devoid of life, which was a bit disconcerting. They probably got pulled off to deal with the riot on the detention level, but it still seemed off. However, you couldn't waste time and dash over to the door leading to Producer's office and kick it in.

And inside, you find HUNK, standing behind a tied up and unconscious Producer.

"I figured you would come here." He rasps.

It was sensation the Captain called "battle sense", or something like that, where a combination of adrenaline, reflexes, and just plain luck seem to come together to allow you to perceive everything around you much much slower than usual.

HUNK's first punch looks like it's fighting its way through molasses, and you easily dodge to the side. You spin to avoid his followup jab, and actually end up right behind him. Right where you want to be.
