I can't help but stare at Irene as she walks out of the bathroom, with that towel wrapped so tightly around her and her wet hair just making the image all the more attractive... it isn't until she's closed the door behind her that I come back to my senses.

I'm such a pervert...

Filled with shame, I take off my glasses and let my towel fall to the floor before stepping into the shower myself. At first, I'm appreciative of the hot water that pours over me... but then it reaches all the little cuts that are covering my forearms and all I can think about is how much it stings.

From there, we backtrack from the way that we came when being led to our room, going back down the hallway and down the stairs, finally ending back near the entrance where we came in from.

Charlotte wastes no time in getting a bunch of food for the both of us, with a variety of bagels and muffins and toast all on one plate, and a bunch of condiments on another. I kind of want to help her with it, but she seems to be doing alright on her own.

It's still kind of impressive that she's able to balance everything like that... I half-consider asking her if she mimicked a spider's stick-to-things power, but that' just stupid so I hold my tongue.

"It's nothing compared to your homemade pancakes," Charlotte says, winking at me, but I think it should be enough to fill us both up."
