My stomach roars in pain as it realizes there's nothing inside it for the moment besides the flames and acid that fills it. I growl and walk up to the old man, he opens his eyes and looks at me.

"Guessing you want some breakfast then?" He asks handing me a wicker basket filled with some dark red loafs of bread "had to slaughter one of the sheep this morning, and I thought you'd enjoy a bit of blood bread, it's not because Rose accidentally mistook the bucket of blood for water or anything". I grab it and bite into a loaf, swallowing it soon after the crunch, tastes like copper, also grass for some reason.

I wonder what she's doing down there, I mean surely there are better places around here to releive her urges, I mean the caves are so nearby, and the inn is about as far from the farm as the small collection of barely standing huts, it doesn't really make sense to me, but then again nothing really ever does, not even I make sense sometimes. I fly down towards it, the grass arounds me burning as I touch down with a dull thoom noise. I stand up and crack my neck back into place as I walk into the town. Most of the inhabitants are moaning in pain and drinking from bottles as they lay curled on the ground as their bodies bend and twist, furthering them even more from their former lives as I walk past them

I soon find Liliana, soothing a small creature whose upper face is covered by a large plate of bone, blinding the girl. Her blond hair runs down to her legs and she's dressed in a dirtied skirt.

"Liliana" I say "what are you doing?"

"N..nothing just trying to ease her suffering" She says

I hold her close to my chest and squeeze her lightly, I think this should calm her down slightly I mean it seems to work for humans, as such it should work for other forms of life as well, should it not? She groans again, and whimpers. And then an idea enters my mind, or maybe a memory of my acidic saliva, I mean it could work, couldn't it, though there is a chance I'd harm the creature in the attempt to free her eyes, if even for a little while.

I open my mouth and then close it, sticking out my tongue, causing Liliana to sigh with relief. I lick the bone plate gently. it sizzling and melting slowly as I like at it carefully and slowly. Tastes like bone, kind of disappointed actually.

Soon the plate's gone and the girl blinks and stares at me, and shrieks in terror. I notice stands of bone slowly emerging from her skin, no doubt about to go about replacing the plate. Maybe I could come up with a more permanent solution to her plight. I sigh

Hmm, a thought occurs, I wonder, oh How I wonder, what would happen when my tainted blood effects a different part of the body, rather than simply ingesting it, oh I just have to see what happen, oh I just have to, I can't live with knowing I passed up an opportunity to learn something from this. The girl blinks for a moment and feels in front of her face, and smiles weakly as the blood darkens her eyes slights as it creeps inside, making the former brown orbs into a sickly green surrounded by jet black.

"How did you know that would" Liliana asks as the girl hugs me, soon after which I hand her over

I just realized something.

When we ate that angel, we saw its memories and found out that they see demons as masses of darkness.

I growl as I watch the damn bastards from the sky decend to try and drive me off again, I remember the last time I found them, the foul taste it left in my mouth. I didn't know pain back then, and I had forgotten about the concept of death, but I remember something, that terrible calm feeling it left me with, that tore at me until I ate again, a horrible feeling that I thought was just hunger after I ate it. I watch the skies split open as a vaguely human shap decends, a metal creaking sound filling the air as it's wings of steel unfurl as it stares down with glowing blue eyes that I can even see from here, It meets my eyes and I smile, before I take off into the fields, the thing tracking me as I run into the plains, far from Lil and the farm.

"Sister!" I shout as I stop and stare up at the thing as a glowing light wraps around it like bandages as it falls to the ground with a thud.

My blaze of a sister appears next to me, her second set of arms unfurling as she stands next to me, smiling happily as her tail slashes down some of the grasses.

"Can I burn this one sister, oh please say I can, please please please, please please pleaaaaaaaase" she says as the thing stands up and glares at us, his armor clinking softly against itself as it shines in the morning sun

I twist the handle of my blade as I watch it approach me, It leaps at me and I step to the side as it swings it's blade down at me, it touches my hair for an instant and for a moment the heat is gone, before it relights with a renewed fury as I swing my blade into it's legs as I spin around. There's a cracking noise, and the thing falls to the ground, followed by a sickening crunch as the armor around it's legs buckle and breaks, tearing into it's silvery flesh. It lands on the ground, it's legs twisted and broken in odd angles. I walk up to him and crouch down, tapping him on the head with my pommel.

Oh, I think I remember this game, or at least one of the people I ate did.
I turn my sword to the side and turn the side, and swing as it flies towards me.

There's a great clanging noise as hollowed and unhollowed metal meet. The roar of the wings fire increases and I stat getting pushed back by the force of it. I manage to push it away from me. It stops, staring at me from in the air as fire surrounds it, darkening it's armor with soot before it starts to glow red and then yellow.

Smoke rises from it as it swipes it's blade, a great wind blowing the flames that cover it out.

I wrench my arms apart, my stomach could probably take what ever it's about to throw at me, but I doubt my body could take what ever that is. I wrench my arms apart, the ground beneath it cracking open as a maw begins to open beneath it, it takes a step forward and swings it's sword downward, it's face contorted a image of seething rage as flames orange and blue bite at it, ice forming and melting the second it forms on the skin, that's cracking with the glowing gold blood flowing in its veins.

I the ground tear apart, creating a snaking groove that quickly flies towards me.

I take a step back and feel a pain in my chest, I look down and see a diagonal cut across it, acid pouring out of it in great a great fall for a second before it stops and is replaced by a black blood flowing down my chest. I remain standing and clutch my chest

I got an idea.

What if we take this dude's corpse and stuff a mix of his blood and Raz blood down Lil's throat?

I reach into the wound of my chest and pull out the spear I stole from the former dutchess of bats, Don't really know how it gets from the farm to here like this, but hey it's been really convenient for the past few days. I drop my sword and toss the spear into the hand that held it, pulling it back and throwing at it's chest.

It slams into it, and sticks into it. He roars and rips it out with a great spurt of blood and keeps running on his broken legs as he run towards me and slashes upwards, the blade sticking in a wall of ice that appears and shatters as I take a few steps back to get some distance between me and him. He growls and glares at me as he steps over the ice, his wings rusting and making and eerie creaking noise as the cold wind passes through the now dark grey sky.

He now has a hole in his chest seeping blood, but then again, so do I

"I'm going to tear you apart" He says smiling as his blood drops on the ground and pools together like the very soil is rejecting it

"Yeah, well I think I'll have you fried and served with a side of cheese sauce" I say smiling back

He roars again and holds his blades up, as it glows the muddy gold color, as blades of similar colors appear in front of him and fly forward

I wrench my arms apart, the ground blasting apart as I fall into my own stomach again, falling, surrounded by acid and fire, and what's that smell, smells like grass, and dirt...and smoke, okay that's not what it usually smells like in here.

I hit the acid as I was thinking about it and fall through it like water, unharmed and undigested as I sink through it. I swim up the top, my coat luckily unaffected by it as well. I look around, trying to see where the smells are coming from.
