I think adding energy to the spirit cuffs won't increase our gains anymore than normal because our ki has figured out how to move a minimum amount around where the cuffs are blocking the ki flow, making it impossible for them to make us any weaker than this minimum. So while the cuffs will weaken us to a certain degree so that we can get gains on weaker opponents, they aren't a complete hack.

In regards to new techniques, I was thinking, so we have essentially a short-range form of Instant Transmission, right? What if we tried tinkering with it so it could create short-range wormholes? I imagine it could be pretty handy to create a space-time tunnel that you could punch things through.

Also, thirteen might just ignore us in favor of Goku until we prove a threat, so we have surprise. A quick sky breaker+ senzu bean will bother anybody and leave us none the worse for wear.

Making your way into the icy regions, you find the reason your friends travelled North, and it isn't good.

Trunks is on the ground, barely conscious, while your other three friends are locked in combat with three foes.

One is short, with purple skin, glasses, and a ridiculous outfit complete with an oversized tie and a dumb looking hat. Another is tall and shirtless, with a long ponytail. And the last, and most human looking of them, is a man with long white hair and a trucker hat.

After slamming his fist into Goku's gut, the trucker looks your way, smirking.

"Well, lookie here, two more little runts came to play with the big boys," he comments, bringing his elbow down on Goku's head and sending him crashing through the ice.

"Now, let's see here," he says, staring at you and Kazuma. "You boys are out of your minds if you think you're gonna stand up to us with power levels like that!"

Hoping to take advantage of the distracting, you rush down towards the ice, only for Fourteen to appear in front of you and deliver a powerful punch to your face that sends you sliding across the ice.

As Fourteen lands, Kazuma lets out a yell, rushing down towards Fourteen and firing several energy blasts towards him. The Android glances up, holding up his left arm and creating a dome around himself, deflecting the blasts and causing them to detonate nearby as Kazuma lands at your side.

As for everyone else, SSJ's really have a hard limit. Or maybe they just haven't busted out SSJ yet like in the movie, and then when they do they totally rape face instantly.

You quickly get up and begin rushing towards Android 14, who moves to meet your charge.

As you rush towards him, you picture the running of a wolf, and hear its howl as you reach your foe.

You're thrown back once more, sliding on your back across the ice. As 14 moves to pursue, Kazuma attacks, slamming his energy beam into the side of the Android's head and slamming him into a nearby block of ice.

Rising and looking towards the voice, you see Cell hovering in the air, arms crossed.

"I'd recommend keeping your eyes on your opponent," Cell comments, pointing behind you.

Turning, you see 14 emerge from the ice and rush towards Kazuma, gathering energy and firing a blast that your friend deflects with his energy beam.

Feeling your friend's energy, you teleport to him, and find him unresponsive beneath the water. You grab him and fly from beneath the ice, placing him down gently and looking at Cell.

"Hey Cell, you see that trucker over there?" you ask the flying creature. "From what I understand, he's essentially you, only a robot and a redneck. Doesn't it anger you that an inferior creation is walking around with your shtick?"

Cell laughs. "He may be one of Gero's older, less-efficient models, but if what you say is true, he helped inspire my own design. I know which of us is superior, and besides, if you and your friends are worthy of fighting me, these rejects should be no trouble."

You rush towards Android 14, attacking from behind as Kazuma attacks from the front.

The two of you pummel your mechanical foe, who throws a few attacks your way, but fails to land anything solid. You blast him in the back, sending him into the air.

As 14 corrects himself and begins moving back towards you and Kazuma, the two of you fire powerful energy attacks up at him.

14 scowls, creating a barrier to stave off the attacks. And, while it keeps him from being destroyed, the barrier doesn't stop him from being pushed higher into the air. Upon reaching a certain altitude, he drops the barrier, and is caught by your blasts.

Moments later, a few pieces of metal and what appears to be a battery crash to the ground in front of the two of you.

Looking up, you see Krillin and Gohan savagely beating number Fifteen, who struggles to mount a defense, but is completely outmatched.

Finally, Gohan hits him on the top of the head, sending him plummeting as Gohan prepares a Destructo Disk, cutting the small Android in half with the disk shaped attack.

Gohan immediately turns his attention to his unconscious father and rushes down to his side. Cell, meanwhile, turns glances back as several of your friends begin to arrive.

"Oh, welcome. I suppose I should have expected you all to drop by," Cell greets. "It seems your friends have things handled, so I'm going to have to insist that you sit out of this one. Of course, if you plan to force the issue, I could just wipe you all out. Now, which would you prefer?"

Yamcha, Billy, and Haya appear to be preparing to attack Cell.

You pummel the Android, taking care not to destroy him right away, until you have to return to the surface for air. Flying from the water and regaining your breath, you watch as a battered Thirteen emerges.

"First you were the chief, now you're a cowboy, make up your mind!" you tell him.

He growls. "Listen, kid, you're in for one hell of a beating."

"Your friends are dead, and you're next," you tell him.

"What?! Fourteen and Fifteen are dead?" Thirteen asks in shock.

He looks down at the remains of his comrades, mouth agape in his shock. Then, he begins to laugh.

"How sweet it is," he says joyously as pieces of Fourteen and Fifteen, including a pair of batteries, fly up to him.

The batteries fade into his chest, and he continues to laugh as his body grows larger, bulkier, and his skin turns blue. His hair turns red while getting shorter, and stands up like Vegeta's. And while you can't sense his energy, you're sure he's just gotten much stronger.

Android 13 is ready for round two.
