Most planets are pretty barren(Even Namek was still recovering), and on desert mountains Saibamen had a power level roughly equal to Raditz, using relativley poor soil.

The two men land back to back and strike a pose as a pretty redheaded woman in a tight dress lands behind them.

"Goku, you should go ahead," you suggest to your friend.

Pirozhki removes his mask, crushes it into a ball, then swallows it before growling at the Cell Junior.

"Goku, go, now!" you tell your friend, who nods and steps into the ring.

"Now wait just a moment!" Caroni insists. "Who do you think you ahhh!"

The Cell Junior rushes forward, punching Caroni from the ring before spinning and kicking Pirozhki off into the distance.

"Well, now that that nonsense is out of the way, let the Cell Games begin!" Cell declares.

"I can hardly believe what I've just seen!" the reporter shouts. "The tiny Cell just effortlessly defeated two of Mr. Satan's greatest students! Mr. Satan, thoughts?"

"Well, obviously this ring has been rigged with traps and tricks by Cell," Hercule insists. "Caroni and Pirozhki were just careless, but Kaguya won't be. So let this amateur fight for now, but the real show comes when Kaguya fights."

Honestly all tension for this fight has been completely ruined for me from a combination of stupid decisions, slice of life goofing off, and all around having Kaguya be a snarky teenager. You watch the fight as you slowly make your way over to Mr. Satan and the reporter.

The Cell Junior strikes first, flying towards Goku swiftly and landing a solid punch to the Saiyan's face. Goku retaliates with a kick that sends the tiny creature into the air, and flies in pursuit of it.

The Cell Junior laughs, cupping its hands at its side.

"KAMEHAMEHA!" it yells in a shrill, high-pitched voice, unleashing a blue beam of energy down at Goku.

Goku yells, swatting the blast aside and rushing upward, punching the tiny creature in the jaw, then giving an axe kick that sends it plummeting towards the ground.

"Unbelievable! This mystery man seems to be putting the tiny Cell through the ringer!" the reporter yells.

"I wouldn't underestimate Goku," you comment as you come to stand beside the reporter.

The cameraman turns to film you as the reporter asks speaks.

"Goku, you said? So, you know this man?" he asks.

"Kaguya has some strange friends," Hercule tells him. "And some of them are decent martial artists. Seems this Goku fella is one of them."

"I see," the reporter says. "Well, Kaguya, is there anything else you'd care to say?"

"Hi mom, dad, and Icarus," you respond.

"Adorable!" the reporter shouts before turning his focus back to the ring.

"So, Mr. Satan, I'm guessing Videl showed you she can fly," you say to Hercule.

He tenses, then nods. "Yeah."

Goku blocks a punch from the Cell Junior, then elbows it in the face, rising and kicking it down and out of the ring.

"The tiny Cell is out of the ring!" the announcer yells. "This, Goku, is the winner!"

The Cell Junior growls as it rises to its feet, only to scream in terror as it is obliterated in an instant by its father.

"Very well, the match goes to Goku," Cell announces. "Now, who's next?"

I'm sorry, but letting 13 go super would have been 100% out character, unless we had been possessed by Vegeta. We have not let a single villain since Frieza power up. And don't say we tried to stop Frieza, we didn't. DRALO told us we were twice as strong as base Frieza, and instead of killing him when we had a chance we light Vegeta fight him. Then when we still had a decent power gap we didn't fight at full strength, but instead at just above his level. Third stage was pretty much equal with us, and when he got bored there was no way we were going to stop a transformation. And then it clicked we should stop messing around and cut him in half when the chance appeared. Then we gibbed Turles, didn't let Cooler transform, launched Garlic Jr. into space, and tried to stop Cell from absorbing 17, but he was too strong. So letting 13 go Super 13 was 100% OOC and would have onlying been done for meta-reasons, when we knew IC 13 could absorb the other Androids. Besides, we had Cell watching us in person. If we had had to fight Super 13 we most likely would have to take off the cuffs and blow our biggest advantage. There was absolutely 0 reason to do it IC, the only reason would be being bored OOC.

The two Cell Juniors can barely contain themselves as they eagerly wait for the match to begin. They continue to cackle and bounce around as they stare at you.

They're not the only ones. Cell watches you and Gohan with great interest, clearly very excited for this match.

His two children are on the move at once, rushing at you as fast as they can.

As the Cell Juniors rush towards you, their high-pitched laughter ringing through the air, you leap up and meet their charge, with Gohan at your side.

As you rush towards the creatures, you channel energy into your fist, coating it in energy very similar to a Destructo Disk.

You and one of the Cell Juniors meet each other and each throw a punch. For once, you're the larger of the two fighters, so you're the one to land the hit, and the creature cries out in pain as your punch cuts into the skin on its face.

No longer channeling energy into your fist, you use the afterimage technique and get behind your opponent, kicking it and sending it hurtling down towards the edge of the ring. Panicking at the thought of what its father will do to it if its knocked from the ring, the tiny creature manages to stop itself just in the nick of time.

"The mini Cell has just barely managed to avoid a ring-out!" the announcer yells. "Kaguya is quickly demonstrating why he is Mr. Satan's top student!"

At your side, Gohan and the other Cell Junior exchange a flurry of punches and kicks, neither one seeming to have a definitive advantage. However, you can sense that Gohan is holding back, so you're not really worried.

The Cell Junior you attacked, its face now healed, looks up at you and places its fingers on its forehead, gathering energy.

"SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!" it shrieks, firing a spiraling beam of energy up at you.

As you fly towards the Cell Junior and unleash your attack, he leaps into the air, and you kick nothing but empty space as you fly from the edge of the ring. Luckily, you're above the ground, so you haven't been ringed out.

Of course, that might change in a moment.

Turning and looking up, you see your opponent staring down at you, forming a triangle with his fingers. Your stomach drops as you realize what he's going to do.

You saw what the attack did to Cell when Tien used it. If it strikes you, you'll hit the ground for sure. But, if you teleport out of the way, Hercule, Miss Pizza, and the reporter will all die.

"TRI-BEAM, HA!" it shouts, unleashing the mighty attack you've seen used by Tien.
