Well obviously the best place to write out the holy doctrine and establish Rhiannon's tenets and iconography would be in front of her. Not exactly in front of her, but as close as you can get.

Putting on your armor, taking your hammer in hand, you walk out of the bedroom and head down the hall to the vault, a place you havent been in a long while. You wonder how Rhiannon's egg will have changed by now.

The hall grows bright and then disperses as you arrive inside the vault. Its still how you left it, a mountain pass that leads to a massive door with runes and symbols. You walk up the large steps, hooves clopping against the ground loudly, and you reach the top of the steps soon enough.

Above you the runes activate and disperse, before the voice comes back as they circle you.

"WHY HAVE YOU COME?"

"To see the godegg. I need to advance its growth."

"THEN LET IT BE DONE!"

The runes disperse, and the doors become see through, giving you the glimpse of the god egg. You take out the empty book that you brought with you, and stare at the glowing changing orb. It is currently an indescribable mixture of purple and gold swirling in a wall of blackness. On the inside though you see a smaller orb that you cant make out, but looking at it you feel and see a fiery will, one that you cant even put your finger on.

Well your actions have obviously had an effect on it and that makes you proud. Time to expand on said actions, and take more steps to bringing her into existence.

You kneel before the egg of Rhiannon. This is the perfect time for you to write about her tenants, her goals, alot of things to write about. You take the pen and ink you brought, and put it to the paper. You think about what you want to write, what you could write, and decide that its probably best to just...write. You start writing what comes to your mind, your pen smoothly flying over the ink as you form the letters that express your thoughts. It is alot of writing, and as you pour your time and energy into the writing you constantly look between the egg and the book. You never once cease in your writing, making sure that every bit of each page is covered in writing.

After a number of hours you stop your work, having filled good bit of the book. You stand back up and look down at your writing. Flipping through it you are quite liking what was written. It seems to just be past recollections for you and your feelings on Rhiannon, as well as how you feel about the world. Not exactly holy text, but in the future when Rhiannon is a major goddess your sure it will be quite popular. You close the book smiling slightly, and look back to the god egg. Now what to do...

Well now that your done with the book, how about you get some more work done. You close the book and put it back on your hip. You turn around and walk down the steps and the vault doors reappear as the runes that protect it show themselves again. This book is quite nice, and you plan on filling it up in with Rhiannon's teachings and your adventures in due time. For now though you have much more important things to do. Your teleported to the forge and immediately hit with the familiar smell of ash and metal.

It feels good to be back somewhere slightly familiar, and you quickly undress and swap clothing as you get to doing what you love.

Well first how about fixing your armor. Ever since you grew taller and bigger your armor has encompassed alot less of your body. The magical protections still work just fine, but you still need to be protected. You take the armor that could now be called skimpy, and set it aside as you go and grab some more metal's and jewels. Now lets see how your going to do this...

You know, you really like this armor. You like it alot, so much in fact that you feel its one of your most personal treasures. The reason you feel like this is obvious. You spent ALOT of time not only making it but shaping it. You put your heart and soul into this armor!

You begin to blaze with a fiery passion that you never knew you had. You gather all of the needed materials for your work and then some. Gathering up gold, silver, and steel, you also gsther more gems and jewels, something this castle has plenty off, and get down to work on your armor.

For hours your hammer away at and shape the additional parts of your armor, never looking away from it or thinking about anything else. The work is long and hard, but you forge away as if your very existence was devoted to creating this armor.

By the time you finish forging and molding, a full 24 hours have passed. Outside in the real world it is a dark night, but inside of the castle, in the forge there seems to be a magical glow. You lay down the last piece to your armor, and look over it proudly.

The gauntlets have been toughened and extended, beginning at the fingertips with sharp, claw like tips and ridged and decorated eith gold the whole way up your arm, where they stop halfway and are connected with chainmail to your pauldrons, which are sloped downwards and covered in decorations that you never knew you could make. The chainmail has also been extended, and on it are no less than 3 large center jewels, black and gold the lot of them.

The leg armor cover most of your legs, and end in large coverings for your hooves. After that your bra has been expanded, covering your chest just enough, and your crotch plate made larger and better. The whole set gives off an almost holy atmosphere and as you watch it you hear a divine, female voice whisper jn your head.

You take your hammer and a chisel, looking down at the armor with full focus. You already know what your going to chisel on it, as if divinely moved to put the coming words. Your chisel is put against the metal of your left pauldron, glowing with a bright inner flame. You start hammering the words into your armor, but these are no letters that you have ever seen, and they are shaped into patterns so ancient and complex you almost wonder how you can comprehend them.

Soon you finish the chiseling on the first pauldron and you see the words ablaze with golden flames as they sit on your armor, utterly incomprehensible yet having a meaning all who saw them would understand. You move onto the other pauldron and inscribe the divine words, your hands glowing as you do so, and then move onto the Bra and inscribe the sentence on both sides. After some more chiseling you step back from your armor, and see the divine letters inscribed upon it that glow with raw power.

You think of a weapon to forge, one that would bring with it the raw divine power that you feel inside of you. You dont think long, for an unorthodox yet perfect idea for the weapon springs into your mind.

You quickly gather the necessary metal's and alloys, along with the typical gold and jewels that you have become fond of. You take the largest gauntlet mold you can find, and sadly it is not large enough. You are not daunted though. Smelting the metal's, shaping them using the mold and your own skill, you begin to forge the best weapon, able to deliver the raw strength and brutality you have backed by the power of the goddess.

After much work and time, for this was no ordinary work, you finish. Below you is a huge fist, that would fit perfectly on you. It is a divine purple and gold like the rest of your armor, and has magic jewels on the knuckles that give it more force and power. Gold is in and on it, perfectly placed, and you prepare to inscribe the divine words to give it power.

That's actually quite appropriate.

You pick up the hammer and chisel once again. They glow again with an internal bright flame, and you immediately set to putting down the holy words. The words you put down have the raw fury and strength of divinity in them, and fueled by them and your strength, nothing will ever stop this divine weapon, let alone survive.

You step back as the large letters encompass the backside of the fist, and they pulsate and glow with power. On the back of the fist it says:

Which seems like the perfect name. You pick up the fist and put it with your new divine armor, and you smile as you see what can be called your ultimate work. A master crafted set of glowing, magical armor, and a large glowing master crafted gauntlet. Surely there is nothing that can stand in your way, and as the last dregs of divine power flow out of you the feminine voice fades away.

With all the raw power gonr though, you realize something. Your tired, VERY tired. You stumble forward a little, putting a hand to your head, and decide that you REALLY need some rest.

reposting my work wrt doctrine.

i think in terms of prose and structure the folktale format would be best for hypothetical scriptures. basically things like aesops fables, parables, or fairy tales. case studies of characters doing things and meeting some fate, good or ill, as a result in order to teach some lesion or illustrate some concept (our own adventures can make perfect source material of course).

one thing i think should be emphasized is that this does not have to be, nor should be, a 'universalizing' faith. ideologies that try to be all things too all people are the most vulnerable to adulteration through memetic mutation. plus, morals suitable for a hero, noble, or savant, would not be so suitable for others.

You strap up your armor, making sure that each piece is fastened together into a complete set, and hoist it onto your back. The set is surprisingly lighter than what you expected or as light as any set of armor can be for someone 15ft tall. As you hold it you can almost feel the energy flowing through and around it, and you wonder how you will feel or change if you actually put it on.

That thought will have to wait for later though, as you are dreadfully tired. Turning towards the hall you begin walking down it slowly. With your armor, combined with how tired you are, the pace is slow and steady. Each step is forced as your exhaustion takes hold with every clop of your hooves. Only through force of will do you not faint or simply stop walking, and after what feels like an eternity the bedroom appears.

Deciding that just throwing this armor down like it's common would be both unthinkable and evil, you force yourself to hang it up on the nearby armor rack and put the warhammer next to it.

Stepping back you see that the words on the fist, pauldrons, and bra all glow and writhe in divine flame, their great power infusing the armor and fist with greatness that you have never seen before. While that is beautiful, the exhaustion has finally caught up to you and made you turn and fall onto the bed.

You raise your tired voice, deciding that you could not sleep without your butler, and call for Hereshiel, who appears almost immediately with a look of intense worry. He runs over to you and starts examining you and putting blankets on top of your body, all while fussing about your safety and well being.

"Hereshiel."

"Oh dont speak! Im not done making sure that your alright! And for gods sake what have you been doing that made you not only dissapear but become so exhausted?! If you were out adventuring again i swear that i will-"

Not in the mood for his constant complaining your arm pulls him onto the bed with you, smothers his face in your bosom, and go to sleep.

After an indescribable amount of time you wake back up. Your muscles feel a little soar, your head slightly aches, and personally you want to go back to sleep. The only real reason you even woke up was because you felt Hereshiel leave your arms. Looking over you see the elf standing in front of your armor. His back is to you and he just stands there staring at it with what you believe to be awe.

You really dont feel like moving, let alone speaking, but you decide that you might as well.

"So do you like it?"

Hershiel slowly turns and look back at you with a face full of just pure awe. Quite a cute look on him actually.

"Yes i did."

For a moment he gives you a flat look at your serious yet sly remark, then goes back to looking at the armor.

"These inscriptions, this armor, everything about this armor is partially divine. How could you have made it without the help of a god?"

i love whichever anon advocated that first, 'helping others help themselves' is pretty much the definition of a parent. most suitable for us and a god like us.

Personally i view the whole Self-Reliance aspect as instead of being given actual strength your encouraged until you reach the limit of your own strength's or surpass them.

Naturally like all things its up to interpretation, but i find that is makes sense. Not so much not being helped, just making sure the majority of help you get will personally advance you in some way and keep you unreliant on others.

Also 'Helping others, help thyselves' is a good statement for it shows that you nurture the skills in others, sometimes give them a boost, but for the most part their skill and development is left up to them.

Looking at your mastercrafted armor fills you with pride despite how utterly tired you are. Turning over to look at the elf you keep your ever serious face, not letting him see the slight joy you feel in your heart.

With that your snatch him back up and pull him into your bosom, where he struggles helplessly in your tight grasp. Wrapping him in a hug to make sure he doesnt leave, you fall back asleep to the sensation of your chest vibrating.

Later on you wake back up slowly. You dont know how long you have been out of it, but you definetly feel refreshed. In your arms Hereshiel still lies, head lost to one of your breasts, and you lay back and think about what to do for the day.
