You unscrew the can's false lid to reveal the small plastic baggies filled with Pure Republica Cocaine inside. As you are effectively the cops in this place, you don't have much reason to hide this, but Talya thought it was cute.

Maria's characterization could use a little more description of what she's thinking and how she perceives something.
Thinking her speech about revenge was cool, only to realize how it fell flat on its face was good; maybe expand on that a little more.

I improvised that speech on the fly and learned a lot about Maria when I wrote it.

"Revenge not bringing people back is such a dumb cliche. Of course it doesn't, that's not the point. It's not about going back to the way things were, it's about becoming stronger and making sure nobody will ever dare do that to you again. And that feels better than all the drugs or sex in the world."
