Well then it seems Raemon has a Nemesis that seeks his death or dishonor of his house. With the flaw taken care of Raemon just needs an appearance, what Armour he wears and he's done. Maybe some writefaggotry about his deeds in the rebellion and how he acquired a nemesis as I don't know many houses that were loyal to Aerys that aren't great or major.

Flail and Ball-and-chain. Two weapons so we have a backup, and Unlike the Warhammer they have no bulk. Ball and Chain also deals as much damage as a Warhammer and can be used with a shield, though admittedly it doesn't come with Allthe same effects.
