No, the swimsuit material was actually transparent and the nipples and areola are plainly visible on one.
On another the material was slipped completely to the side of the nipple, exposing it.

Eldric goes to miss Yin's room and knocks on the wooden beam next to the sliding door.

Since the sliding door is made of elegantly painted thin wood, there is a small chance that it would break if he knocked on it. At the very least, he couldn't really knock very hard.

Once she opens the door and lets him in, he sits near the small low table as she starts boiling some water.
Even if magic could be used to create water or heat it up, there is no [Create Delicious Tea] spell, so peasants and archmages alike have to go about it the old fashioned way.

"What is it, sir?" -she gracefully sits next to him, crossing her legs towards the left

Since it is somewhat late now, she is wearing a long silk robe as pajamas. It looks rather nice on her as it hugs her curves in a casual manner, its rear edge somewhat lifted as her tails poke up from under it, creating a clearly sensual look.

At the same time, those very same fluffy tails keep her quite modest since they nicely hide her in the absence of her robe, of course.

"I wanted to apologize for having been a poor boss so far, and thank you for your hard work." -says Eldric as he receives the cup of tea from her

I think part of him just doesn't care, and the other part is habit formed from his sisters, and other beast people and how they interact with people regularly, and Ren and Mako's influence. I think he knows its somewhat lewd, and for that reason he doesn't push it too far, and the other half is that its how he's used to dealing with beast peoples.

ugh I was following that manga a year or so ago, and it was cute. It was about a kid inheriting a magical kimono belt... you know, the cloth that goes around the kimono. It turned out to have been inhabited by a divine spirit who happens to be rather lewd and wants him to quickly spawn children left and right to continue the family lineage.
It was originally pretty fun and lewd and cute, but the editor wanted it to be a battle manga so the author said ok for a while until he finally got pissed off about it. I heard that it had recently gone back to its roots but I forgot the name, though I would like to check it.

Yes, yes indeed. Ren is also likely a master of the subtle yet smug look. If Ren had a secret hobby, besides bullying Mako, and petting beast people, and Eldric, what do you see it being? I imagine something she would be embarrassed about, like being a prolific romance author with a secret pen name. Her novels would be way too flowery and campy to the point of ridiculousness, but Eastern nobles eat that shit up so it would be really popular, haha.
