Transformation ++: Transforms your frame into an androgynous human dragon hybrid (removing clothes) possessing far greater strength, durability and speed than it would appear possible for a roughly man sized individual. Add three to Strength, Durability and Speed for parts transformed. Full body transformation is possible and advised for nastier fights.

Draconic Flight ++: When your torso is transformed, you gain a pair of wings that are more than capable of launching you into the air and a tail to help you direct yourself. The tail and wings are both more than capable of smacking things around. You seem to remember being better at this.

Draconic Senses +: When your head is transformed, you can take use of a Dragon’s senses, which are superior to a humans. Add one to senses when transformed. These can be improved by further focus or specifically added to the human frame. You still are unused to these senses most basic level and cannot tap further into them.

Disintegration breath +: A technique that forcibly moves atoms away from each other when struck by this energy, blasting the affected apart at a molecular level. Using this technique will require a backlash roll. It is small and lacks focus, but is definitely potent.

Regeneration +: Over time, you will regenerate from damage. It won’t save you an arm, but it’ll recover most light injuries. You get the feeling that this ability is a lot weaker than it once was.

Memory Rush: Over time, your memories and Tiamat’s regarding you will return. This will lead to knowledge and improved abilities as you remember who you once were and how you could fight. Major events, triggers or massive damage may accelerate this process.

Murdering stuff of at least a certain power level will give you Anima. Anima can be spent to improve abilities or improve your frame. 100 Anima is required to improve an ability from + or * to ++ or ** respectively, doubling in requirement each time you want to improve one. Once you hit a certain point, you will improve in rank, gaining relative stat boosts around the board but the level of abilities you have will remain the same, only they will be objectively better.

Rolls will be a DC system in divisions of 5 using the D100, taking the best of the first three for the most part. Alternative systems may arise as time goes on, but we’ll see.

You roll out of bed and begin transforming as you dash at the vampire, who begins turning, his look of surprise changing to one of cool focus. As you reach him, around 3/4 transformed, he calmly reaches out, catches your arm as you swing at him and holds you there. You blast out with repelling gravitic energies, blasting furnishings away. His grip doesn't loosen as he casually throws you to the back of the room again.

Before you attempt to rise, now fully transformed, he's directly in front of you. "I see no reason for you to attack the one who healed you of your poison and is fighting for the same goals as the Bretonnians you met earlier. Gawain gave me an impressive accounting of your battle prowess. Now, kindly stop struggling and listen to me."

I was the first to achieve this feat and as a result, I am the head of the bloodline and greatest of their number. I came here with the others of my kind that escaped the Blood God's influence to defend this monastery against the End Times."

just before I write this next one, i've just got something quick to say.

Sargeras, DarkTart, Thane, CellAnon (when you're here), you guys have been the real players of this quest. I wanted to say thanks to you guys for this.

I was thinking of shifting things up slightly. Instead of running as a quest, I was thinking of maybe doing a party based thing. So if you guys were at all interested, would you guys be willing to do a RPG style version of this set in the same setting of Eris with each of you guys controlling your own characters? A more personal game type.

what do you guys think? Are you at all interested?

The problem is a problem encountered by most game groups.

I would like an rpg version of the setting with multiple players sure, but it might be best to do it as a spinoff of your own main series.

I mean if you wan't to incorporate this into your main quest as an interactive thing then sure im down for it, just hope some common problems won't ruin everything.

"This monastery is a place of great power and it drew both myself and my other companion here along with our respective followers. I would think that we should be of assistance in your Ancient Battle but we require assistance."

Restraining your urge to simply smash your way outside and rescue Mario, you simply walk for the door, Abhorash falling in next to you. As you walk through the corridors, Abhorash speaks up again. "As you're probably wondering, this place has been under siege for a week or so now, ever since you came in here. We've been fighting off waves of invaders ever since, especially Beastmen."

...So wait, you've been unconscious for a week? Jesus, that's a long time to be unconscious for one like you.

"We've held them off mostly for now, but it's a close run thing. We're only holding on because of the Blessed Statues that my partner brought here which is preventing the Daemons from just warping in on top of us, but there have been a number of waves of attackers and it's getting hairy."

As you round the corner, the Vampire finishes his statement to a truly spectacular sight. "That Mario person has been of extreme use here."

You can only watch, thunderstruck kek as you behold the scene before you, as Mario leaps across the courtyard in a single bound, fists ablaze as he mashes a satyr looking thing into paste, a savage war cry echoing from his throat. His lab coat is tattered and bashed in multiple places, but the man himself seems to be untouchable, only a few scrapes and bruises visible on him. As he is rushed by another group of the things, he ducks and whirls under their great axes before smashing their chests in with thunderous blows. As a number of skaven swarm towards him, he raises a hand and a large go kart screams out of nowhere to splat a large number of them into giblets with a single firespinning drift before disappearing again.

"ANY MORE OF YOUA MONGREL BASTARDS TO FIGHTA ME?!?" He screams at them as the skaven retreat from his roaring figure.

Son of a Bitch.

You begin laughing as you run forward, your transformation rippling down your frame as scales cover you. Laughter for the new strength Mario has found. Laughter for the insane situation that you have found yourself in. Laughter simply at the world for throwing you into this and giving you a partner in this insanity. You laugh as you fall in next to Mario, now fully transformed, and fight.

You lose yourself in the battle, spinning and soaring over Mario's head, cutting and slicing at those that threaten him while he wades through the front lines. You are dimly aware of the other Knights around you, both vampiric and otherwise, the non vampires faintly shining even in the light. Bolts of fire and lightning arc around Mario as you thrust out with Gravitic energies, flattening foes and sending them floating helplessly upwards where claws or flaming fists end them. You duck under a punch of Mario's that smashes through the chest of a Gor and, still laughing, you lash out with your wings and tail, crushing the throats of three more. As Mario unleashes a fireball that would have missed, you curve it straight into their path with your gravity, blasting them with flame and incinerating a skaven weapons team.

You fight together with Mario for some time, cutting and slicing, smashing and burning.

And the laughter only dies down once you're finished.

You turn to Mario and allow your transformation to drop, the black scales rippling back into your skin and clothes. As you do so you ask him how he's been since you dropped out of it. As you do so, however, he looks at you square and runs straight at you, before giving you a hug around the middle.

"Ia don't want toa lost my only friend here. Don'ta do that again."

You are stunned for a few seconds. This likely thousands of years old man is hugging you around the middle while calling you his only friend! How do you respond to that? After a few hesitant seconds, you return the embrace. You slowly peel him off of you and ask him again what has happened. "Well, ever since wea brought you here, we've beena fighting off these things constantly. I've had to do a lot of the fighting, becausea I regenerate so fast. So i've been fighting non-stop for days."

You compliment him on his newfound battle prowess, which he seems incredibly pleased about. Shortly afterwards, you fly up to get a grasp on the surroundings. What you see is grim. You're currently surrounded by a ring of monsters of all races, Beastmen, Massive warriors in plate armour, more Skaven and what you can only assume to be the Daemons that Abhorash was talking about earlier. There isn't a single break in the line as they stare forward at you and the monastery. They must have thousands and thousands of them. Further away, with your enhanced senses you can see a few encampments, although what alignment you cannot tell, you still cannot make the best use of your senses.

As you land, Abhorash approaches and you immediately ask him what the plan is.

"It is simple, Dragon."

"We need to get back the Goblet."
