Stella looks at Eldric with trembling eyes full of tears. Not because of the karate chop, it was a firm blow but it didn't really hurt that much, but because he said he couldn't trust her any more.

Well, she's a child, so such effect is to be expected.

Ah, I am grateful with AK scanlations, and still regret our work on Thermar Romae never being uploaded. Briefly, I worked on proofreading it for them and they seemed happy with it, but apparently there was some copyright worried and they asked me to upload the stuff, and I said no at the time. Honestly, I just didnt want to take the credit as if I had done the redrawing and such, since all I did was proofreading. If they had explained that it was about copyrights, I would have said yes. I doubt the japanese editorial would give a fuck about an uploader from the arsehole of the world.

Zoe is wearing overalls as pajamas/casual clothes right now, her tail peaking out the rear border. Her long white hair is pulled together on a ponytail, leaving her neck and back bare and giving her a definitive motherly air, somehow.

Well, we help everyone wash with magic, and arrange for bed for everyone, or at least sleeping bags. Stella is already hiding under the sheets before we finish preparing everyone's sleeping place, her tail wagging, visible under the edge of the sheets are she hides with her head towards the feet of the bed, for some reason.

"Stella, turn around, would you?" -Eldric slips under the covers as Stella squirms while turning around, her head soon poking out from under the sheets.

Zoe happily slips under the sheets as well, and immediately cuddles up to us with a happy smile.

We don't get half way through Cinderella's story when Zoe is already asleep. Stella is still awake, but she seems much more interested in getting ear scratchings than in the story.

"But you want to go to school in the capital, right?"

It is quite a bit of work, but to our surprise, Dawn is already in the kitchen, preparing Asmund's breakfast.

Uh... somehow, I'd thought he would just bite her for breakfast... not in a particularly lewd way, but, you know... vampire, trusted family member close by... yeah. Actually, we have seen him eat before, right? guess he can still eat normal food?

"Hi! good morning!" -Dawn half cries out, half explodes as she greets us. She's definitively a morning person.

She's wearing a short summer dress under a long cooking apron. The dress is white, and sort of meshes in with the apron. She has a lace near the tip of her tail, and her hair is pulled in under her chef hat, leaving her neck and shoulders bare.

She normally dresses in rather high fashion, so its something of a refreshing change.

With Dawn's help, we prepare food for everyone, and then store it in our [Item Box] before taking it back to our room. She's actually a rather nice girl.

In the room, Tanis is washing herself in the tub while Nina and her sisters are still waking up and rubbing their eyes.

Zoe is in the middle of her morning prayers, while Stella is still sleeping with such abandon that we are tempted to wake her up with tickling. She's even snoring.

However, as we go over the mountain, we find the castle under sisge, by [ERROR]s

A lake-like darkness stretches in every direction from the castle. Hundreds of [ERROR]s of humanoid shape, smaller than the one we fought before, are trying to break into the castle.

These seem to be corrupted humanoids, completely different from the horror with the floating eye we fought before. Perhaps one sugh horror is somewhere among the tide, but for now, it looks like it managed to consume hundreds of victims already.
