Others get the unpopular duty of securing the broken down wall and guarding the walls, they don't look too happy about it, but the general mood is too high for any to start shirking their duties quite yet, and before long you have guards patrolling the perimeter, keeping an eye out for overgrown mosquitos, or anything else the jungle might throw at you.

You take a moment to slump down on a treestump after an hour or two of bossing your orcs around, catching your breath at last. You wave a hand in front of your face, one eye has fully recovered, though the other is still mostly hazy and indistinct, you suppose you should just be thankful it hadn't popped, as you first thought, though from what Dru'ak told you, it's almost entirely red right now, the force of the wind having brought all the blood to the surface. It should fade with time, you're told, unless you want to speed up the process with elixirs.

So what do you guys make of Isyil's character?

Personally, I kind of figure that she was pretty melancholic about her whole situation until now.

I mean, it's been six Lamia generations since her draconic ancestor fucked her Lamia one, which in my eyes at least implies a really goddamn long time since her compound has been serving an actual dragon.
Add the fact that she's outright admitted her cult wasn't in great shape when we showed up and it becomes rather likely that they've been through a long period of stagnation or even decline.

And now Xipil has been making her presence known in the region.
Isyil likely didn't really feel like just submitting to some newcomer, especially not since their cult was likely focused on her own freaking ancestor, this new dragon isn't even from the same Element and might not actually want another dragon's descendant in a position of authority, but it's uncertain whether all the Lamias around agreed, which might have lead to at least some desertions and grumblings, and, if Xipil actually ever made a push for the region, active resistance would be pretty hard to justify theologically.

So basically she was stuck in a rut for who knows how long and things were only looking downhill from here.
And then Ur showed up like a shining knight on a fiery steed and brought her the wonders of orcish dick.

I kind of assume she was basically just tired of the whole thing.
Her cult had been declining, a new younger dragon is moving in next door, the neighbours are being pesky, she just basically went along the rituals out of habit and waited for the day that her end would come.
Ur comes in and brings sudden change, she plays along out of a sense of tradition and fights but really isn't all that into it at all, she feels like it doesn't really matter if Xipil or Ur becomes her ruler at this point.
So she loses and decides she might as well go with the flow instead of struggling in vain.
Plus Ur turned out to be much more civilized and nicer than she expected so that's a plus.

As far as I see it, there are more or less just two reasons I am interested in her.

1. I want to complete the set of cray-cray sisters.
2. I want to see her face when we bring her Slaagyr's head and finally fuck her into submission.

Neither of those really benefits from fucking her now, the second is arguably made less enjoyable if we've been fucking her for weeks and it's not like we can actually turn her enough to trust her in battle as long as Slaagyr still lives anyways. Way too cray-cray not to susicide as long as we don't shatter her faith first.

It seems we've been favoring Y'zagya Zoka and Zul'orok Zhar a bit too much for my liking.
We should try to please the others more to be more balanced, maybe hunt down that Great Serpent and do the endurance and strength training, as well as being smarter regarding battle tactics.

With two wargods odds are you're going to split the rewards for combat encounters between them, unless you're devoted enough to favour one strongly even though they are both situational.
Add that voterbases are by nature schitzophrenic and both will be handing out rewards at a slower rate than gods with less direct rivals for their domain, because there's now way we wouldn't swing back and forth between them.

Zul'orok Zhar became such a major thing because:
1) Our first major challenge was fucking up abyssal shit.
2) The fact that we were rather lacking in terms of casters meant they were a priority to target for both capture and neutralizing in combat.
3) The only serious opponents in the area without a major caster component are the ogre warlord and the shifters. And even the shifters can be considered hostile magic.

Y'zagya Zoka was favoured because literally every combat encounter that isn't against standard Ogres or Abyssal shit leads to more slaves to breed. Also /tg/ will be /tg/.

And Tak'zaya Ska and Skor'oz Zik aren't that well represented because neither of their domains are things a well-rounded chieftain will be focusing on to a strong degree.

The very reason that we are focusing on those two more is that we /are/ balanced and seriously upsetting the current spread is going to require making dedicated efforts even when it's not advisable.

I don't mind a hunt/pilgrimage, but be realistic.

You do bring up some good points, however I disagree that getting somewhat equally on the gods' side doesn't make a balanced chief.
Combat encounters aren't either/or, they can reward points from both wargods, by using glorious violence in intelligent ways.
And participating in hunts wouldn't only please Tak'zaya Ska, it also makes us more popular, for instance Lordy has suggested that Dru and Zo would both enjoy going on a hunt with just the three of us.
Skor'oz Zik is a bit harder because it involves being barebones and not having luxury/confort, but increasing endurance, survivability, and hardiness doesn't only benefit every chief, but also all clans as a whole.
Zul'orok Zhar is as you said mostly only relevant while we're low on magic casters and are in proximity or abyssals.
