"I got this, just focus on your thing~". You take a look at your pit on your way to the break-room, there’s a couple pans and quite a few dishes, and the pit is pretty grimy. ‘I should probably clean this out when I clock In before the the rush happens.’ you think to yourself.

Entering the break-room, you see Amy and Jenna chatting about what sounds like horses, they both take a look at you and smile.

“Hello John.” Amy greets you, her smile is warm and friendly, though her greeting feels a bit formal.

“Sup Joooohn” Jenna says to you, she seems more laid back in her greeting, she seemed like the more relaxed and casual of the two, but it still seemed odd to be this casual with new coworkers.

“Hey girls, how’s your day been?” You respond, taking a seat at the only chair in the room, the other two seemed to prefer to stand.

“Just beginning, I normally do closing shifts so I sleep through most of the day” admits Jenna, though she didn’t seem ashamed of that statement.

‘Well at least I’m not the only one going in blind’ you think to yourself.

“My day started a bit earlier, was helping family with the ranch” Amy says to you. “I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it quickly, you did well yesterday”

Eat is using a bit of money for a one time bonus effect.

Summon is a once per session ability to have one of your coworkers temporarily go in and you take a short break, depending on the person it has different effects. at the moment, you can only summon Nick.

John has a heal ability once a session but no damage has been dealt to him.

Upon seeing half a Rush worth of dishes, you don't know what to do, you almost want to freak out, but you decide the best option at the moment is to close your eyes and breath.

You put on your pair of shades and utter "I never asked for this..." Everyone looks a little depressed to see you in this state.

"Alright guys, I think an assembly line is the best way to deal with this, Do what you're good at and I'm sure we'll be done in no-time!" you shout almost to bolster the troops.

"ROGER!" Everyone chants. Wally begins to clear the dishes of junk, Kim organizes the plates and cups according to size, Nick scours the ground in stuff, you hose everything down and Jenna carries plates to their stations.

"I'll clean up your station once you're done." Jesse says heading back to the office, Claire tapping her foot as if she's being done a disservice for waiting.

Within a very short time you all have cleaned the dishes. "We did it!" everyone cheers. you get a pat on the back from Nick

"Thanks for sticking it out with us" Nick congratulates you.

"Yeah we'd be sad if you left." Jenna added.

"Thanks guys, I'm happy you took time to help me." everyone laughs.

"I didn't say you couldn't try! Jenna laughs and starts writing something down as she's clocking out, she hands you a slip of paper. "This is my number call me tomorrow around noon and I'll pick you up, we'll see who's better but don't feel too bad when I wreck you."

"Oh yeah, well I'll make you eat my dust" you retort 'that was kinda lame but I'll commit'.

"Yeah" you say to her 'I'm looking forward to it' you think to yourself.

Jenna heads out the door leaving you to leave yourself.

Fast Learner is a trait that can't be purchased. I'll have a list of Qualities available next thread. But some available atm are: Hard to Break: Gain 15 sanity and it takes one successful Wil Check to recover Half sanity on a busy shift. (3 Points, purchasable once).
