Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place shortly after the war against the Tuffles, as the Saiyans look for more foes to battle in the absence of their old enemies.

Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.

Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)

During battles, options will usually have a number assigned to them. After that vote has won, players will roll a d100, and have three chances to match or beat that number.

If a 100 is rolled, it is considered a crit success (unless 100 was the number you had to match).

If a 1 is rolled, it is a crit failure, regardless of whether or not the other two rolls are high enough to succeed.

If, during a battle, players want to attempt a writein action, that is allowed, but I am the one who will assign the number to it, so use caution

You're a young male Saiyan who fought in the war with the Tuffles. You are an average fighter for now, but have the potential of one of the greatest warrior races to roam the universe flowing through your veins. There is no limit to what you can accomplish through blood, sweat, and tears.

You're awoken by some beeping as your pods break the atmosphere of your target planet.

The pods crash in a field not too far from a large city, and you're able to make out some buildings in the distance as you step out.

One by one, your team exits their pods, looking around and activating their scouters. You do the same, and track several large cities spread across the planet.

"This could take a little while," Soko comments before glancing toward the nearby city. "Heads up, looks like they're sending out some scouts."

You check your scouter, and read three small power levels racing toward you. Your scouter puts each one at about 250; no threat to any of you.

"How do you want to play this?" Soko asks you.

You instruct your team to do nothing for now, and wait for the scouts to arrive.

Soon, the three aliens in question come into view. They're standing atop some sort of hovering disks, and your scouter alerts you to the fact that they're holding some sort of blasters.

They approach and form a triangle around your group, staring down at you with great interest.

They're humanoid, and a little bit on the short side. While larger than the Tuffles, they're smaller than Saiyans. They're thin creatures with large red eyes, no noses, and small mouths. They possess three fingers on each hand, and have small patches of dark hair on their heads.

"Who are you people? And what are you doing here?" one of the aliens asks.

"I'll handle this, rookie," one of the others tells him, coming a bit closer. "Wait....that armor."

A look that you think is panic comes over his face.

"They work for Frieza! We have to warn everyone!" he declares, reaching for something in his pocket.

The people walk around or take small vehicles as a method of transportation. Shops and restaurants line the streets, and a few people in cloaks peddle some kinds of goods from a nearby alleyway.

Soko blasts one off of his disk, while Rugula kicks one in the throat.

Azu catches a disk, spins, and tosses it at another alien, cutting him in half with it as Sabi finishes off the last with a Mouth Blast.

The five of you continue back toward the pods, where your scouters alert you that dozens of foes are waiting for you, each with power levels of 600 or higher.

You reach the landing zone, looking down to see disks hovering around your pods. Each is armed with a cannon, and above the others is an alien atop the disk who is wearing some kind of armor. The scouter puts him at 700.

To your surprise, it doesn't strike him. Rather, it strikes some sort of force field, causing sparks of electricity to race around it as the disk is pushed quickly toward the ground.

The soldiers below turn on you and your friends, flying upward and firing blasts of energy from their cannons.

Rugula fires blasts that intercept the ones heading for her before firing a wave that shatters the force field on one of the soldier's disks.

Sabi rushes town, narrowly avoiding a blast before he punches one of the forcefields, slamming against it repeatedly before successfully shattering it and knocking the alien off of his disk.

You don't let up, and manage to take down a single rider before a volley of cannon shots strike you, knocking you from the sky and sending you crashing to the ground.

Above, Sabi destroys another fighter using his Mouth Blast, and Rugula smashes through a force field before blasting another alien away.

Azu retrieves some fallen disks, tossing them at aliens. She manages to shatter a forcefield, and Soko shoots an alien off his disk before he himself is blasted from the sky, crashing not too far away from you.

As the two aliens come speeding toward you, they fire their cannons at you.

You leap out of the way, and the cannon blasts strike each other's force fields, causing the aliens to become disoriented and swerve off-course.

You dash over to one and shatter their force field with a single punch before kicking him in the head.

As the alien falls, you seize the disk and hurl it at the other alien, shattering his force field and decapitating him.

Up above, Rugula and Sabi are surrounded by half a dozen aliens. Sabi manages to destroy one with a mouth blast before he's hit by several cannon shots and knocked from the sky.

As Rugula engages the aliens surrounding her, Azu blasts another disk-rider down before she herself is knocked from the sky.

Only you and Rugula are still airborne, and there's half a dozen disk riders left.

You strike the two riders behind her, destroying them as she defeats those in front of her.

The four aliens fall to the ground, and Rugula fires a pair of energy waves toward the warriors attacking you, destroying them as well.

Your scouter tells you that your teammates are wounded, but alive.

However, it also shows a power level of 650, and you see the leader of the disk-riders flying not far away from you.

"Damn you...." he growls, leaping from his disk.

His power drops to 50 as he lands in a crouch, then immediately begins to rise.

His armor glows, and a helmet comes to cover his head. He slams his fists together, creating a small shockwave as his power surpasses a thousand.

Still, it keeps climbing as electricity dances along the suit, not stopping until it reaches 1600.

Rugula comes to your side, and the two of you prepare to face off against a very angry, powerful opponent.
