The biggest problem I think is where he's at currently. He's stuck between doing PTO missions, which bore him or striking out into Space and wandering around, which would probably end up like SAQ.
Even if Frieza blows up the planet, it just sticks him in space and makes him want to kill Frieza.

The fact that it ends up SO MUCH like SAQ is a problem in my eyes. You'd have to go completely off the ball with him and make him a Time Patroller or have him get picked up by Towa and Mira along with Bardock and forced into the Time Breakers.

Still staring at Towa, completely unblinking in the way that you're staring her down you calmly reach over to the cooler that was sitting on top of the counter and reach into it. Producing a can of beer, of the BEER brand because Earth is creative like that, you pop the top and hand it over to Towa who looks rather caught off guard by you doing this. "I'm slightly drunk, they're pretty drunk, and you're at least going to be drinking while you're here." The explanation is given while your free hand thumbs towards Vegeta and Bulma, both who appear to be frozen.

"Err, quite." She replies, awkwardly holding the drink while you fully spin around on the barstool to face her. "So, whatcha want this time Towa, since we aren't in my mind and all, not even in a fight either, much less against Kaguya." The quesion comes while you take a sip of your drink.

Still not tasting the drink that you had so graciously given to her, Towa summons her staff and sits upon it as she did the last time the two of you had an interaction. Quite frankly I was hoping we could discuss something that I've been curious about for some time now, even before we had our lovely meeting inside of your mind."

Seems like Towa is actuall being rather polite for the moment and only wants to talk, despite that she had powered up your enemies in the past so that they would have been able to actually hurt you, had your nifty transformation not come about in time.

In a way, Arctus being a member of the Cold Family makes things harder for him. He's not a part of the common rabble, and there are expectations for him. If he just murders Frieza right-out in his base form, then he's just an ungrateful little shit who murdered his rightful lord, AFTER they were so generous in sparing his life and even elevating him to the status of royalty in the PTO. That pisses off Cold and annoys Cooler, and makes both of them drop everything and go after Arctus right away.

Whis seemed to think that taking down Frieza at his best would make Cold seriously think about whether Arctus could be a potential successor to the throne, and it might make Cooler hesitate. To that end, it may be wiser to play the long game here and try to undermine Frieza's position in the PTO. It might be hard, given Cold's fondness for his 'princess'. But if Frieza is shown to be too inept for his own good, then even Cold could be persuaded to look the other way when another up-and-coming family member decides to make an attempt on Frieza's life.

Stretching out, you let out a yawn, dealing with extra-dimensional people always gets you tired out when it's for extended periods of time. Or just a little bit of time when it comes to stopping time evidently, especially when you've drinking for a while. Bringing your arms down, you give Vegeta a pat on the back, your partner looking like she's almost out of it, and Bulma not much better.

"Whazzit?" 'Geta asks, blinking a few times and trying to sober herself up. "Suggets a three way... gonna tear yer dick off." The saiyan says as she leans against you, the woman can hold her booze better than most, but the kid has turned her into a bit of a lightweight really.

"Was gonna say we should hit the hay. It's pretty late after all, and I've got the distinct feeling Goku is gonna be showing up first thing in the morning."

Finishing off the last of her drink, Bulma tosses her can over the back of her head, a quick little beam from you disposing of it like the rest of tonight has gone.

"Good idea... you need to wake up when he shows up else I'm gonna lock the both of you in the gravity room for the rest of the day." The blue haired woman says, sliding off of her seat and stretching as well. "You remember where your room was last time right? Still yours for however long you're staying around. G'night!" Yawning, Bulma leaves the two of you behind, Vegeta already starting to doze off against you.

"C'mon, up and at 'em princess." Picking Vegeta up in your arms bridal style, she nuzzles into your chest... Not too much longer afterwards the two of you are laying in bed together upstairs, the woman just about to fall asleep, and you can feel yourself not far behind her.

Talking, well all of that crap can wait till later when you aren't as tired and Vegeta isn't nearly blackout drunk. With her clothes strewn about the room, because hell no you aren't about to start sleeping with clothes, you ain't some kinda freaking casual boy or anything like that, it's fairly easy to get to sleep. Earth is a rather peaceful planet after all, and their beds aren't that bad either, much better than the one that you've had on the ship for the past several weeks.

With Vegeta curled up next to you, the woman wrapping her tail around your leg as she so commonly does, it's not that long before the two of you have both drifted off to sleep.
