Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place shortly after the war against the Tuffles, as the Saiyans look for more foes to battle in the absence of their old enemies.

Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.

Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)

During battles, options will usually have a number assigned to them. After that vote has won, players will roll a d100, and have three chances to match or beat that number.

If a 100 is rolled, it is considered a crit success (unless 100 was the number you had to match).

If a 1 is rolled, it is a crit failure, regardless of whether or not the other two rolls are high enough to succeed.

If, during a battle, players want to attempt a writein action, that is allowed, but I am the one who will assign the number to it, so use caution

You're a young male Saiyan who fought in the war with the Tuffles. You are an average fighter for now, but have the potential of one of the greatest warrior races to roam the universe flowing through your veins. There is no limit to what you can accomplish through blood, sweat, and tears.

Rugula does so immediately, removing hers and turning it off. Soko does so next, then Azu, then Sabi.

"Alright, so what's with all of the secrecy?" Rugula asks.

In answer, you start by describing your meeting with Lord Frieza, and tell them about how Frieza and his subordinates seem to view the Saiyan race.

"That arrogant prick..." Rugula growls.

You go on by explaining that you were called into a meeting with King Vegeta, who has asked you all to do something incredibly dangerous, something that could endanger the entire race if it got out, and will likely end in all of your deaths.

Rugula and Sabi just look excited, while Soko looks curious and Azu looks somewhat nervous.

You add that, if they refuse to help with this mission, you'll have to kill them.

"That big, huh?" Rugula asks, sounding more excited.

You explain King Vegeta's plan to send your team and a scientist into the unknown regions of space and forge an empire for the Saiyan people, with the ultimate goal of building a force mighty enough to challenge Frieza.

"Taking on Frieza?" Soko asks in shock. "Are you serious?"

"This sounds too good to be true," Rugula comments. "I'd love nothing more than to kill that smug bastard, but why send us?"

No, its when he became a teen/ young adult when stuff got worse for him. The only reason he kept vegeta alive was because he wanted to fight him again by himself, the guy that was basically the cause of all his friend's deaths, he wanted to spare him to just fight him again. He even pulled that stuff on Freeza, the guy he said he was never going to forgive after he killed Krillin in front of him, he just stops the fight when it seems Freeza isn't going to provide him much sport and tells him to go train and challenge him again when he's stronger.
