And I really don't want to end up laying in this glass box for all day. But I don't know what I want to do! it's a wonderful day and I'll just be cooped up inside because I couldn't figure out what I wanted to spend my time doing!

I groan and slump over the front side of my tank with a groan, my hair dripping down my face as I look up with a whimper. Kandence's tail shakes as her coils roll and twists under her blanket.

I slowly grin...well its worth a shot, maybe she can help me kill this boredom.

I slip out of the tank soundlessly, dropping on the floor and reforming, my arm first so I can grab my shirt and force my way into it. I smile as I walk over to my roommates bed.

I hear a hiss and a lot of rattling, as the pile of tail and blanket falls off the bed, and nearly on top of me. Kandence's groans as she tries to untangle herself from herself.

She pushes herself up, looking around tiredly and angrily, her hair a tangled mess. She turns around and sees me, and squints her eyes

"Why do you always have to use my blanket against me" She whimpers, as her tongues slips and flicks between her lips

"Well last time I tried waking you up without it you coiled around me" I say shrugging as I lean closer to her, smirking

"Oh like it can even hurt you" She says, smacking her tail loudly on the floor for emphasis "Oow"

"Well nothing can really hurt her, but I imagine it'd be most unpleasant" Baba sighs, not even looking up from her books and papers, flicking and twirling her pencil between her fingers as she grins widely "Especially because she practically has a minature sun above her bed"

Kandence slithers over the tray with all the various kinds of soup bubbling away in pots on top of it, but I go over to the end of the line, where the bits of fruit and desserts are. I hum to myself, my voices making it sound more like a weird dying gurgle than an actual tune. So I stop.

I grab a small paper bowl, and hold it out, waiting for the girl behind the serving tray to pile fruit into it.

It takes her awhile to get from inside of her giant oversized flower bulb.

"Oh, hi yah" She says cheerfully as she dances around in place, stuck waist deep in a big flower "What do you want?"

"Oh strawberries and pineapple" I say smirking, she nods and scoops in a spoonfull of each, before she disappears back into her flower.

I shrug and walk away. and judging from the snoring, she's back to sleeping.

I shake my head and get over to the desert tray, which is nearly entirely empty. I sigh and grab a cup cake with pinkish red frosting on it, setting it ontop of my fruit as I turn to walk towards the water.

"Guessing you just want the usual then" the centaur asks as she rests her hand ontop of the tape covered valve "I mean there's not much else I can give you now is there?"

"So have you two decided on a movie yet?" I ask as I set the water down next to my oversized fish tank

"Noooope" Angeline says, making her voice sound like a sterotypical ghost's would. She leans down over the edge of the fan's blades and smiles at Kandence, who looks away from her, her tail rattling

"Don't worry I've already found a movie" Linda sighs "hope you action movies"

"Is that the one with the cowgirl cop?" Titania groans "We've watched that five times this week already

"Hey its a good a movie" Linda chuckles, as she leans back against the wall, grinning

"The first one was good" Baba says closing her book "We're watching that one right"

"Of course" Linda says nodding

"Good" baba says smiling, a bit too widely

"Alright, that can be the first movie, and then Kandence can choose the next one" I say nodding as I climb into my tank, grabbing a bottle of water

"Why can't I choose the next one?" Miranda asks with a smile as she peers over the edge of my tanks "Not that I care, just curious"

"Because Kandence lives here?" I say as I struggle to actually open the bottle "You can choose the third one if you want"

"Yes!" Miranda says she pumps her fist once "can you scootch over a bit"

I nod and push myself up against the right wall of my tank as Miranda climbs in next to me

"Oh it's fine I'm good with anything" Kandence says softly

"No she's right it's only fair" Titania says nodding as she sits down on the very crowded bed, there's barely enough room left on it for Kandence "I mean we're intruding just a bit"

"Okay, well I'll make sure to pick a good one" Kandence says happily

"Yeah yeah, can someone turn off the lights so we can get this started?" Linda groans impaitently

"I got it" I say happily as I reach out of my tank, slapping the light switch leaving a steak of purple slime over it

Well, at least I won't be bored now.

I sigh as I lean against Miranda as the opening trailers start, and she leans against me.

I hand Miranda the water bottle, by dropping it on top of her, she catches it, water splashing over her and me as I flick the cap away.

She sighs and giggles, pouring the rest of it on herself, with some of it flowing over to me, and where where our puddles meet at the bottom of the tank.

She sighs and drops the bottle outside of the tank, and I grab her hand. She freezes up and looks at me. Her face turns a much more vivid shade of red and

"So why did you eat batteries anyways?"

"I already told you it was an accident" She says clenching my hand, squishing it in hers "oh I swear next time something like that happens to you I'll make you remember it for the whole day"

"Oh come on I was just asking" I sigh as I slink away from her shaking as I start to feel like I could cry, why would she talk to me like that I was just asking and

"I just wanted to know what was in the box!" Miranda says "Don't cry, I wasn't mad or anything"

And then she hugs me me, and doesn't let go until the movie starts.


I sigh and lean over the edge of my tank, stretching my neck a bit so I can see around her

Yeah..don't know how I ever fell into a dull moment with friends like these
or Miranda in particular
